Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամեն գնով խաղաղություն են մուրում

Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի՝ արդեն իսկ համաձայնեցված հոդվածներով ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիր, ապա շարունակել մնացած հարցերի քննարկումը: Ասուլիսում խոսելով խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների մասին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը նոր առաջարկ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանին: «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերջին նախագծում մենք ունենք 17 հոդված: Դրանցից 13–ը՝ ներառյալ նախաբանը, լիարժեք համաձայնեցված են: Եվս 3 հոդված բաղկացած է 1–ից ավելի նախադասությունից: Եվ այդ հոդվածների մեծամասնության բառապաշարը համաձայնեցված է: Մեր առաջարկի էությունը հետևյալն է՝ վերցնել բոլոր համաձայնեցված հոդվածներն ու ձևակերպումները և դա ստորագրել որպես խաղաղության պայմանագիր: Ինչու ենք մենք դա հնարավոր համարում, որովհետև, ըստ էության, այնտեղ արձանագրված են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության բոլոր հիմնարար սկզբունքները: Այսպես թե այնպես, մենք կամ երբևէ որևէ մեկը չի կարող ունենալ խաղաղության կամ որևէ պայմանագիր, որ բոլոր հնարավոր հարցերը կարգավորի»,–նշել էր Փաշինյանը:

Փոխարտգործնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանն էլ այսօր է ասել, թե Հայաստանն ադրբեջանական կողմին է փոխանցել երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի 10-րդ փաթեթը, որը Հայաստանը ստացել էր հունիսի վերջին։

Մինչ գործող վարչախումբն ինքնամոռաց խաղաղություն է մուրում, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը Հայաստանն անվանել է «օկուպանտ երկիր»՝ նշելով, որ «սահմանափակումներ պետք է կիրառվեն Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի նկատմամբ»:

«Եթե ուշադրություն դարձնենք Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո միջազգային հարաբերությունների համակարգին, ապա կտեսնենք, որ կան շատ փոքր թվով պետություններ, որոնք օկուպանտներ և ագրեսորներ են, որոնց թվում է նաև Հայաստանը», - ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականը։ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հիշեցնելով, որ Իրաքի և Քուվեյթի պատերազմից հետո որոշակի սահմանափակումներ են կիրառվել՝ կապված իրաքյան զինված ուժերի զարգացման հետ, ընդգծել է. - «Մենք գտնում ենք, որ նմանատիպ սահմանափակումներ պետք է կիրառվեն նաև Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի նկատմամբ»։

Հաջիևը նաև նշել է, թե սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների համատեղ գործունեության մասին կանոնակարգի համաձայնագիրը բավարար հիմք է Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը Հայաստանից դուրս բերելու համար։ Ադրբեջանական կողմի այս պահանջներին գործող իշխանությունները պատասխանում են միայն հերթապահ, ոչինչ չասող արտահայտություններով կամ, ավելի հաճախ, լռելով։ Այս դեպքում էլ վստահաբար որևէ արձագանք չի լինելու։
