Ինչո՞ւ են իշխանությունները ձգտում, որ իրենց «քլնգեն» մանր բաների համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կառավարության վերջին նիստում Փաշինյանը հերթական «փայլատակումներն» ունեցավ: Թեպետ արդար կլիներ ասել, որ թե՛ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ «էկրանային» քպականները շարունակաբար ձգտում են «փայլատակել», այն է՝ ասել բացահայտ անիմաստ, արտաքուստ երկրորդական, «քլնգելու» ենթակա բաներ: Ակնարկված վերջին նիստում Փաշինյանն, օրինակ՝ խորիմաստ հարց է տալիս, որ եթե պատմամշակութային հուշարձանները պետական արժեք են, ապա «ինչո՞ւ եկամուտ չեն բերում պետությանը»: Այս անձի չափման միակ միավորը «քեշ փողն» է, եկամուտը: Բայց դա դեռ իր հերթին: Փաշինյանին, տեսեք-տեսեք, դուր չի եկել արգելոց բառը: Ու նա հանձնարարել է պալատական լեզվաբաններին, որ մի նոր բառ հորինեն:

Օրուելյան տարբերակով ասած՝ «նորալեզու» է ստեղծում: Արժե՞ ասել, որ երեկ սոցցանցերում «արգելոցային» բում էր, որոշակի դեպքերում՝ անմեջբերելի բնորոշումներով: Այս դրսևորումն իսկապես ուշագրավ է: Նորություն ասած չենք լինի, եթե նշենք, որ Փաշինյանն ու առաջին շարքի փաշինյանականները նման հայտարարություններով, անհամարժեք դրսևորումներով, երրորդական-չորրորդական թեմաներ առաջ բերելով, անհեթեթություններ տարածելով որոշակիորեն ուշադրություն են շեղում: Սակայն խորանում է տպավորությունը, որ Փաշինյանը դիտավորյալ խնդիր է դրել այնպես անել, որ այդ ամենը աղմկոտ արձագանքներ ստանա, այսպես ասած՝ «անմեջբերելի արտահայտություններով» հանդերձ: Իրենց ձեռնտու է, որ նման արձագանքներ ստանան այդօրինակ «մանր հարցերի» հետ կապված, ինչպես «արգելոց» բառը չհավանելու դեպքում էր և նախորդած նման այլ դեպքերում: Այդպիսով նրանք հույս ունեն (իսկ գուցե իսկապես էլ դա նրանց հաջողվում է) ոչ միայն հանրության ուշադրությունը և անխուսափելի վրդովմունքը շեղել հիմնական, առանցքային հարցերից, այլև «քլնգոցը» աստիճանաբար հեռացնել հենց այն կարևոր թեմաներից, որոնք ամենաշատն են «քլնգելի»: Մեղմ ասած՝ «քլնգելի»:

Այսինքն, հասնել նրան, որ հասարակությունն իրեն ու իր թիմին մեղադրի, անիծի, թեկուզ հայհոյի, ասենք, արգելոց բառի հետ կռիվ տալու համար, այլ ոչ թե այն ամենի, ինչ բերեցին Արցախի ու Հայաստանի գլխին, կամ, ինչպես հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր ասում, որ իրեն հանկարծ դավաճան չասեն:

Ի լրումն, նման «մանր» երևույթների հետ կապված կանխատեսելի արձագանքներ ստանալով՝ Փաշինյանն ապահովում է իր հիմնական կենսատու աղբյուրը, այն է՝ մշտապես հանրային ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինելը: Կարևոր չէ, թե ինչպես, անգամ արդեն կարևոր չէ, որ արձագանքները բացասական են կամ նույնիսկ՝ ծաղրական կամ վիրավորական են, կարևորը՝ «դաշտը գրավելն» ու հնարավորինս երկար այնտեղ մնալն է:
