Ի՞նչ պետք է հասկանան գործող դիվանագետները, զինվորականները և իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատակիցները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մենք հաճախ ենք տեղեկություններ ստանում, որ պետական շատ գերատեսչությունների աշխատակիցներ նեղ շրջապատում խոստովանում են, թե իրենք իսկապես ամոթ են զգում այսօրվա իրականության համար և վախենում են, որ սերունդների աչքերին բացճակատ նայելու խնդիր են ունենալու: Այս առումով մտածելիք ունեն հատկապես Փաշինյանի օրոք ուսադիր կրողներն ու դիվանագիտական կորպուսում ծառայողները։ Հատկապես դիվանագետները, լինելով փորձառու մարդիկ, դա լավ են հասկանում։ Մեղմ ասած՝ Հայրենիքի շահերով չառաջնորդվող մեկ անձի քմահաճույքները սպասարկելը նույնն է, ինչ կեղտոտվել ամբողջովին։

Իհարկե, նրանց դեռ կընդունեն եվրոպական կամ ամերիկյան գեղեցիկ աշխատասենյակներում, կսեղմեն նրանց ձեռքը և կժպտան, բայց հետո, ինչպես փորձառու դիվանագետներից մեկն ասաց մեզ հետ զրույցում, կօդափոխեն սենյակը։ Ամենասարսափելին այսօր այն է, որ ոչ մեկի մտքով անգամ չի անցնում Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը քննարկել նրա ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ բերել է դավերի, դավադրությունների և շշուկների հարթություն, և հիմա Երևանի կարծիքը ոչ ոքի հետաքրքիր չէ։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Պուտինը հարավկովկասյան խաղաղության հեռանկարները քննարկում է Ալիևի, Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Ֆիդանը` Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Բայրամովի հետ և այլն։ Նրանք բոլորն այս կամ այն կերպ երկխոսության մեջ են Թեհրանի հետ։ Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեծանիվ է քշում։

Հայ դիվանագետների մի ամբողջ շքախումբ ստիպված է մեղսակիցը դառնալ պետական ինքնասպանության՝ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության փաթեթային հանձնմանը Միացյալ Նահանգներին, Մեծ Բրիտանիային և նրանց արբանյակներին։ Եվ նրանցից շատերը հիանալի հասկանում են, որ սա հսկա բիծ է մասնագիտական հեղինակությանը, հարված՝ ինքնահարգանքին։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ, մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, հայկական դիվանագիտական կորպուսում ճամպրուկային տրամադրություններ են: Հասկանալի է, ամոթալի պետք է լիներ, երբ երկրի վարչապետը հրապարակավ, դեսպաններ և ԱԳՆ ղեկավար կազմ հավաքելով, հրաժարական է պահանջում նրանցից, ովքեր համաձայն չեն իր արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսի հետ։ Այսինքն, ովքեր համաձայն չեն, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանավարման հետևանքով Հայաստանը «դժվար ժամանակաշրջան է մտնում», և հիմա պետք է «ոչ ստանդարտ լուծումներ ընդունվեն»։

Հայաստանում պաշտոնաթող դիվանագետների ձայնը բավականին բարձր է հնչում. նրանց հասարակական միավորումը կտրուկ դեմ է Փաշինյանի ռեժիմին։ Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև ԱԱԾ պաշտոնաթող սպաների մասին։ Մեր զրուցակիցը նշում էր, որ նաև գործող դիվանագետները, զինվորականները և իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատակիցները պետք է հստակ հասկանան, որ իրենք էլ են պատասխան տալու Փաշինյանի բոլոր արարքների համար։ Առանց բացառության։
