Փաշինյանը թուլացնում է ԱԱԾ-ն

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տոտալ անվստահություն ունեն Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նկատմամբ, տարբեր պատրվակներով թուլացնում են այդ կառույցը։

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության (ԱԱԾ) գործառույթներն այլ կառույցի փոխանցելու հերթական նախաձեռնությունն է քննարկվում։ Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունն առաջարկում է մինչ այդ բացառապես ԱԱԾ-ին վերապահված մի շարք հարցեր լուծել՝ առանց այդ կառույցի վերահսկողության։ Առաջարկվում է փոխել պետական գաղտնիքի մասին օրենքը: Եթե գործող կարգավորումներով ԱԱԾ-ն է քաղաքացիներին ստուգում ու որոշում՝ ում կարող են գաղտնի տեղեկություններ տրամադրել, ում՝ ոչ, հիմա Արտաքին հետախուզությունը ցանկանում է նման որոշումներն անձամբ կայացնել՝ առանց ԱԱԾ դիմելու։

Ըստ էության, նման օրենքի ընդունման դեպքում ԱԱԾ-ին կմնա միայն «ֆուտլյարը», իսկ այդ կառույցը կդառնա ամուլ, անվտանգության հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեցող կառույց։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք ԱԱԾ-ից բազմաթիվ լծակներ են խլել։ Պետական պահպանության ծառայությունն ամբողջությամբ դրվել է վարչապետի հսկողության ներքո, Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունն առանձնացվել է, ծանր հանցագործություններ բացահայտելու լիազորությունները ԱԱԾ-ից փոխանցել են Քննչական կոմիտեին, հիմա էլ պետական գաղտնիքի դեմ են ոտնձգում։

Իշխանության սպասարկուները պնդում են, թե ռուսական ազդեցությունն ԱԱԾ համակարգում շարունակվում է, ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ կապերը մինչ օրս պահպանվել են, և ԱԱԾ-ին առնչվող այս և մյուս փոփոխությունները ռուսական ազդեցությունը թուլացնելու համար են։

Հակառուսական հիստերիայի պայմաններում Փաշինյանի համար հնարավորություն է բացվել հիմնովին ավերել Ազգային անվտանգության համակարգը, դնել արևմտյան հովանավորների ոտքի տակ, ինչն էլ նա անում է հետևողականորեն։
