Հանքարդյունաբերությունը ՀՀ տնտեսության ողնաշարն է. պետք է պահպանել այն

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն է երկար տարիներ շարունակ։ Ընկերությունն ապահովում է պետական բյուջեի մուտքերի զգալի մասը՝ փաստացի դառնալով ՀՀ տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվը:

Երկար տարիներ ԶՊՄԿ-ի դեմ տարբեր բնապահպանական կազմակերպությունների, կանխամտածված կամ ազդեցության տակ ընկած մարդկանց կողմից վարվող կեղծ արշավին 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո միացել է նաև Ադրբեջանը, որը միջազգային ասպարեզում փորձում է վարկաբեկել կոմբինատը, ներկայացնել այն որպես բնապահպանական վտանգ ներկայացնող ձեռնարկություն։

Ադրբեջանի հաշվարկը հասկանալի է, թշնամի պետությունն ամեն գնով փորձելու է կասեցնել ՀՀ տնտեսության՝ թեկուզ փոքր զարգացումը, և այդ նպատակի համար ահռելի միջոցներ է ծախսելու, ընդհուպ, ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, ազդելով ՀՀ հանրության վրա։

Այս իրավիճակում թե՛ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, թե՛ բիզնեսը լուրջ անելիք ունեն։ Իհարկե, գրեթե բոլոր անկախ փորձագետները, ոլորտի մասնագետները փաստում են, որ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը Հայաստանում բարձր մակարդակի վրա է, իսկ հասցված չնչին վնասները չեն կարող համադրելի լինել Հայաստանին տրված օգուտի հետ, բայց հարկավոր է այդ փաստերը պարբերաբար և մանրակրկիտ կերպով ներկայացնել հայ հանրությանը, նաև միջազգային կառույցներին։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն այդ իմաստով փոքր, բայց կարևոր քայլեր է անում, խրախուսում է ճանաչողական այցերն ընկերության տարածք։ Վերջին տարիներին զգալիորեն աճել է հանքի արտադրական և ոչ արտադրական տարածքներ տարբեր հետաքրքրված խմբերի այցելություները։ Այսպես՝ 2018 թ-ին կոմբինատն ունեցել է 126 այցելու, 2023 թ․-ին՝ 348, իսկ այս տարվա միայն առաջին 7 ամսվա ընթացքում՝ 1599 այցելու։ Այցելուների խմբերը ներառում են թե՛ գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների, թե՛ ուսանողների, դպրոցականների, մասնագիտական բուհերի դասախոսների և պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի, լրատվամիջոցների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների։ Նման այցելությունները նպաստում են ոչ միայն ԶՊՄԿ-ի, այլև ոլորտի մասին ավելի օբյեկտիվ պատկերացում կազմելուն, միֆերն իրականությունից տարանջատելուն և տնտեսության առաջատար կազմակերպության ամենօրյա գործունեությանը և մասնագետներին ծանոթանալուն։ Թվերն, ինքնին, չափազանց փոքր են, և հարկավոր է լուրջ աշխատանք տանել, ընդհուպ մամուլի, հանրային կարծիքի ձևավորողների հետ սերտ աշխատել՝ ներկայացնելու կատարված աշխատանքն ու դրա արդյունքները։
