Հանուն Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի՝ պետք է անել բոլոր հնարավորն ու անհնարինը, պետք է բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել նրանց վերադարձի համար․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներն օգոստոսին այցելել են Ադրբեջանում անազատության մեջ պահվող հայերին, նրանց հնարավորություն է տրվել կապ հաստատել ընտանիքի անդամների հետ։ Կարմիր խաչի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի փոխանցմամբ, տեսակցության շրջանակում գնահատվել են պահման պայմանները, առողջական վիճակը, նրանց հանդեպ վերաբերմունքը։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վրա սեպտեմբերի 19-ի ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով 16 անձ է գերեվարվել, այդ թվում՝ երեք նախկին նախագահներ, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, զինվորականներ։ Բաքուն նրանց ծանր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել։ Գրեթե մեկ տարի պատանդառության մեջ գտնվող նախկին պաշտոնյաների գործերը Ադրբեջանը դատարան չի ուղարկում, թեև Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազը հայտարարել էր նախաքննությունն ավարտելու մասին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Բաքուն դատաքննությունը չի սկսի առնվազն մինչև նոյեմբեր, որպեսզի կարողանա առանց խնդիրների անցկացնել ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության համաժողովը` COP29-ը։ Միջազգային հեղինակություն վայելող բազմաթիվ անձինք կոչ են արել բոյկոտել այդ համաժողովը՝ հաշվի առնելով թե՛ քաղաքական բանտարկյալների առկայությունն Ադրբեջանում, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի՝ բնապահպանությունից կիլոմետրերով հեռու լինելու հանգամանքը։

COP29-ը նաև լուրջ հնարավորություն է հայկական կողմի համար՝ բարձրացնելու հայ ռազմագերիների վերադարձի հարցը, միջազգային մամուլում ներկայացնելու Ադրբեջանի վայրագությունները, պահանջելու վերադարձնել արցախցի պաշտոնյաներին, զինվորականներին, շարքային քաղաքացիներին։ Պաշտոնական Երևանից որևէ արձագանք այս հարցում չկա, ասես՝ փաշինյանական իշխանությանն ամենևին չի հուզում ռազմագերիների հարցը։ Ավելին, Ադրբեջանը Երևանին էլ է հրավիրել մասնակցել համաժողովին։ Թեպետ պաշտոնական հաստատում չկա՝ կմասնակցե՞ն այդ համաժողովին, թե՞ ոչ, բայց հարցն ինքնին արտառոց է։ Բաքվում էլ հստակ տեսնում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր կառավարությունը որևէ քայլ չեն անում հայ ռազմագերիների վերադարձի ուղղությամբ։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գլխավորած շարժումն օրերս նամակով դիմել էր ՄԱԿ-ին, հայաստանյան գրասենյակի առջև բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ։ Շարժումը պահանջել էր ՄԱԿ-ից՝ հրատապ միջամտություն՝ հայ գերիների ազատ արձակման համար և կոչ արել վերանայել՝ COP29-ը Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելու որոշումը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն էլ տարբեր հարթակներում շոշափում է գերիների հարցը։ Դեռևս անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին, երբ Արշակ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց քաղաքականություն մուտք գործելու և նոր շարժում սկսելու մասին, ասել էր, թե հավաստի տեղեկություններ ունի, որ հենց ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավարը, վախենալով իր աթոռից, դիմել է Ադրբեջանին՝ խնդրելով ձերբակալել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին և թույլ չտալ, որ նա մուտք գործի Հայաստանի տարածք։

Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցը գեներալ-մայորը բարձրացնում է նաև ՌԴ և օտարերկրյա այլ շրջանակների մոտ՝ հորդորելով բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել նրանց վերադարձի ուղղությամբ։
