Առուշանյանի հետ կատարվողը՝ դաս բոլորի համար

Հակակոռուպցիոն վերաքննիչ դատարանը որոշում է ընդունել բավարարել դատախազության բողոքն ու կասեցնել Գորիսի համայնքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանի լիազորությունները և զրկել է նրան պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու իրավունքից հինգ տարի ժամկետով։

Նա տուգանվել է 700 հազար դրամով, պետք է անցնի մեկ տարի և վեց ամիս փորձաշրջան, ինչպես նաև հինգ տարի չի կարող զբաղեցնել պետական պաշտոններ։ Իրավապահ համակարգը նաև դիմել է Գորիսի ավագանուն՝ քննարկել և պաշտոնանկ անել Առուշանյանին, բայց ավագանին արտահերթ նիստում քննարկել և մերժել է Պրոբացիայի ծառայության գրությունը, որով պետք է դադարեցվեին համայնքի ղեկավար Առուշ Առուշանյանի լիազորությունները:

Ավագանին արձանագրել է, որ Առուշանյանի պաշտոնավարումը դադարեցնելու լիազորություն չունի: «Համամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրվող ավագանի ունեցող համայնքներում ՏԻՄ առանձնահատկությունները սահմանող իրավադրույթներով առհասարակ դատական ակտերի հիման վրա լիազորությունների վաղաժամկետ դադարման հիմք կամ ընթացակարգ չի նախատեսվել, իսկ գրությամբ հայցվող գործողությունը դուրս է ավագանու լիազորությունների շրջանակից, ուստի «որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու իրավունքից զրկելու պատժատեսակը» համայնքի ղեկավարին պաշտոնանկ անելու օրենքով նախատեսված հիմք չէ, ուստի պրոբացիայի ծառայության գրության պահանջներն ավագանու գործառույթներից դուրս են», - ասված է արձանագրության մեջ:

Գորիսի ավագանու դիմադրությունը կոտրելն իշխանության համար խնդիր չէ, վաղ թե ուշ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հասնելու է իր ուզածին, հատկապես, որ դատարանն էլ իրենց ցանկալի որոշումն է դակել։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո արմատական ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող Առուշանյանը, ըստ մամուլի, որոշ ժամանակ անց «ընդունել էր Նիկոլի կրոնը», ոչ միայն չէր քննադատում իշխանություններին, այլև հաճույքով գործակցում էր։ Փաշինյանը, սակայն, «սյունյաց ողջույները» չի մոռացել, առիթը բաց չէր թողնելու պատժելու Առուշանյանին, ինչն էլ այժմ արվում է։ Իսկ Առուշ Առուշանյանի պահվածքը և իշխանությունից ստացած հարվածը պետք է դաս լինեն բոլոր ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետերի համար՝ որքան էլ փորձեն սիրաշահել օրվա իշխանություններին, միևնույն է՝ յուրային չեն դառնալու։
