Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի խմբակցությունների միասնական կոչը

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի խմբակցությունների միասնական կոչը․

«2024թ. նոյեմբերի 11-22-ը Բաքվում նախատեսվում է ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության համաժողովը (COP29), որին մասնակցելու հրավեր ունեն տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարներ, պաշտոնական պատվիրակություններ, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների պատասխանատուներ և բազմաթիվ լրագրողներ:

Միանգամայն ակնհայտ է, որ Բաքուն այդ համաժողովն օգտագործում է՝ մոլորեցնելու համաշխարհային հանրությանը և շեղելու հանրային կարծիքը իր երկրի էության հետ շաղկապված ոճրագործություններից։ Կասկածից վեր է նաև, որ նշված համաժողովին հրավիրված պաշտոնյաների և կառույցների անտարբեր մոտեցումը Ադրբեջանի ոճրագործությունների նկատմամբ այդ երկրի ղեկավարության կողմից դիտարկվելու է որպես քաջալերանք՝ իրականացված ու շարունակվող հանցագործությունների, որի ցանկից կարելի է առանձնացնել.

- Արցախում 2023թ. սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ձեռնարկված էթնիկ զտումները՝ որպես ցեղասպանություն և մարդկության դեմ իրականացված հանցագործություն

- Ներխուժումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք եւ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքով ճնշումները ՀՀ-ի վրա
- Բաքվի կողմից պատանդառված Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների և մյուս գերիների նկատմամբ կեղծ մեդադրանքները, վերաբերմունքն ու նրանց անորոշ ճակատագիրը

- Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվող հակահայկական քաղաքականությունը, որն արտահայտվում է նաև Արցախի պատմամշակութային հարուստ ժառանգության ոչնչացման, յուրացման և ինքնությունը կեղծելու գործուն քայլերով։
Վերոնշյալ հանցավոր գործողությունների շարքը կարելի է երկար շարունակել: Մարդկությանը հուզող գլոբալ հարցերի՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության համաժողովի անվան տակ այս արարքների քողարկումը միայն ու միայն խորացնելու է անվստահության ու անկայունության մթնոլորտը, որն Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարտադրվել է Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանին 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմի, լիակատար շրջափակման և ցեղասպանության սպառնալիքի ներքո Արցախի Հանրապետության բռնազավթման և ամբողջովին հայաթափելու միջոցով:

Կոչ ենք անում համայն հայությանը և տարածաշրջանի՝ խաղաղությամբ շահագրգիռ երկրներին, կազմակերպություններին ու անհատներին միանալ Հայ Դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակի եւ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի գլխավոր դատախազ Լուիս Մորենո Օկամպոյի սկսած արշավին՝ տեղեկատվական դաշտում, սոցիալական ցանցերում եւ անհատական հաղորդակցություններով բացահայտել Ադրբեջանի նենգ մտադրությունները և սթափության կոչ հղել միջազգային հանրությանը»:
