Իրանը կոշտացնում է դիրքորոշումները

Իրանը կոշտացնում է իր դիրքորոշումները տարածաշրջանի երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Նասեր Քանաանին հայտարարել է, թե Իրանը դրական չի վերաբերվում Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ ներկայությանը: Իրանցի դիվանագետը նշել է, որ Իրանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները բավականին սերտ են և կառուցողական։ «Սակայն մենք հավանություն չենք տալիս տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ ներկայությանը։ Այդ կապակցությամբ մենք մեր մտահոգությունն ենք հայտնել մեր հայ գործընկերներին»,- նշել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։

Թերևս, սա առաջին անգամն է, որ Թեհրանից նման տոնայնությամբ են արտահայտվում ԱՄՆ ներկայության մասին։ Ամերիկա-իրանյան բարդ հարաբերությունների պայմաններում այդ երկու երկրները երբեք խնդիրներ չեն հարուցել Հայաստանի համար՝ հասկանալով, որ առանց այդ շփումների Հայաստանի համար չափազանց բարդ է լինելու։ ԱՄՆ-ն, օրինակ, Իրանի հետ ՀՀ շփումների հարցում ավելի մեղմ դիրքորոշումներ է ունեցել, քան այլ երկրների պարագայում։ Իսկ այսօր, Իրանից հնչող նման հայտարարությունը կարելի է լուրջ զգուշացում, կողմնորոշվելու պահանջ դիտարկվել:

Անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ, Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ից հնչող անհանգստությունը` տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ ներկայության վերաբերյալ, բազմաթիվ մտորումների առիթ է տալիս: «Իրանական կողմը փակագծերը չի բացել և չի մանրամասնել, թե մասնավորապես ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված իր անհանգստությունը, սակայն կարելի է ենթադրել, որ արտաքուստ տեսանելի պրոցեսներից բացի կան կամ ուրվագծվում են իրադարձություններ, որոնք իրանական կողմի համար ռիսկեր են առաջացնում: Այն, որ ՀՀ-ում ամերիկյան (հավաքական Արևմուտքի) ազդեցությունն աճել է` դա տեսանելի է և ակնհայտորեն դա տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ-ի հաշվին: Իրանի անհանգստության բազմաթիվ պատճառներ կարող են լինել` ՀՀ իշխանության նկատմամբ անվստահությունից մինչև հետախուզական տվյալներ, որոնք խոսում են ԱՄՆ դերակատարման այնպիսի ընդլայնման մասին, որն Իրանի համար սպառնալիք է դիտվում»,- նկատել է պատգամավորը:

44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում Իրանի պահվածքը, իհարկե, լուրջ վերապահումների տեղիք է տալիս, բայց Թեհրանը չափազանց կարևոր նշանակություն ունի թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ քաղաքական առումով, և պաշտոնական Երևանը պարտավոր է հաշվի առնել նրա մտահոգությունները, առնվազն փարատել դրանք։
