Ո՞վ է իրականում «Սպայկայի» սեփականատերը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կարելի է ասել՝ ստեղծման օրվանից ի վեր, այսինքն՝ մոտ 23 տարի տարաբնույթ խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվել Հայաստանի առաջատար գյուղատնտեսական հոլդինգի՝ «Սպայկայի» շուրջ, որը զբաղվում է գյուղատնտեսական բազմապրոֆիլ արտադրությամբ, ինչպես նաև մրգի ու բանջարեղենի խոշորագույն արտահանողն է:

Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տարբեր անուններ են շրջանառվում, այդ թվում՝ տարբեր տարիների իշխանությունների հետ փոխկապակցվող անձանց՝ որպես ընկերության սեփականատերերի կամ ՍՊԸ-ում մասնաբաժին ունեցողների:

«Փաստը» փորձեց ճշտել, թե իրականում ովքեր են այդ ընկերության սեփականատերերն ու ղեկավարները: Առավել ևս, որ հատկապես նման խոշոր կազմակերպությունների պարագայում «մախաթը պարկում չես թաքցնի», այսինքն, բաժնետերերը, մասնակիցները ամրագրվում են իրավական կարգով: ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի տվյալներով, «Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարը Դավիթ Ղազարյանն է: Ավելին, պարզվում է, որ նա էլ հենց 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասով ընկերության միակ սեփականատերն է: Ընդ որում, իրավաբանական անձանց պետական միասնական գրանցամատյանում նրա հետ կապված գրառման ամսաթիվ է նշված 2001 թվականի ապրիլի 16-ը, որը համապատասխանում է ընկերության գրանցման օրվա հետ:
