Բաքվի թիրախում հանքարդյունաբերությունն է

Բաքուն հերթական մեղադրանքներն է հնչեցրել ՀՀ-ի հասցեին։ Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությունում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Ֆուադ Նաջաֆլին Նախիջևանում կազմակերպված «Կլիմայի փոփոխությանը նպաստող էկոլոգիական ջրային խախտումները» գիտաժողովում հայտարարել է, թե իբր Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերությունն աղտոտում է Արաքս գետն ու դրա հետևանքով Ադրբեջանը կրում է բնապահպանական վնասներ:

Բաքուն վերջին տարիներին մշտապես է նման կեղծիքներ տարածում, ընդ որում, նույնիսկ Իրանն է մի քանի անգամ լաբորատոր փորձաքննություններ անցկացրել, հերքել Բաքվի սուտը, բայց դա չի խանգարում, որ միջազգային հանրության մոտ Ադրբեջանը շարունակի լկտի կեղծիքներ տարածել։

Հաշվարկը բավական պարզ է՝ ամեն գնով Հյաաստանը ներկայացնել որպես բնապահպանության թշնամի, հարվածել ՀՀ տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվ հանդիսացող հանքարդյունաբերական և միջուկային էներգետիկ ձեռնարկություններին։ Ու եթե Ադրբեջանում բնապահպաններ որպես այդպիսին չկան, բռնապետական երկրում «բնապահպան» կարելի է լինել միայն պետության հրահանգով: Հայաստանի դեմ մեղադրանքներ մոգոնելու համար Ադրբեջանն առատորեն օգտվում է որոշ հայ «վայ-բնապահպանների» զեկույցներից։ Այդկերպ, փորձում են հարվածել ամենախոշոր հարկատուներին։ Իսկ դա ուղիղ վնաս է հենց երկրի բյուջեին, որի մուտքերի շոշափելի մասը ստացվում է հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններից, օգտագործվում թոշակ ու աշխատավարձ վճարելու, սոցիալական ծրագրերի, զենք գնելու և այլ կարիքների համար։
