Փաշինյանի իշխանության հիմքը «չաղռուստամներն» են

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ամենևին չեն խորշում քրեական հանցագործների հետ շփումներից, օգտվում են նրանց ծառայություններից, նաև տարատեսակ արտոնություններով օժտում հատկապես նրանց, ովքեր կատարում են վարչախմբի կեղտոտ հանձնարարությունները։

Թեև Հայաստանում քրեական ենթամշակույթի դեմ պայքարի օրենք է գործում, իշխանության «սրտի» հեղինակություններից մեկին կալանավորեցին միայն մեկ այլ քրեական հեղինակության՝ «Ֆազի» աղմկահարույց սպանությունից հետո։

Ըստ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունների, օրերս կալանավորված Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանը՝ «Չաղ Ռուստամ» մականունով, «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնում հանդիպել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնական, Արագածոտնի նախկին մարզպետ Դավիթ Գևորգյանին։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Ստեփանյանին խոստացել են մեղմ վարվել նրա հետ, տեղավորել «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում», եթե բանտից շարունակի կատարել իշխանության հրահանգները։

Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունն իհարկե, հերքում է տեղեկությունները, բայց չի կարողացել հերքել, որ բուժկենտրոնում կալանավորածն արտոնյալ պայմաններում է գտնվել։ «Չաղ Ռուստամը» իշխանության վերին օղակների հետ միշտ է լավ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել։

Փաշինյանի մեկ այլ օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանն ու նրա պատգամավոր եղբայր, «Շիշ բռնող» մականունով Հայկ Սարգսյանը Ռուստամի մտերիմներից են, քանիցս օգնել են նրան տարբեր հարցերում, իրենք էլ օգտվել նրա ծառայություններից։

Քրեականների հետ շփումներով աչքի է ընկել նաև Փաշինյանի օգնական Դավիթ Գևորգյանը։ Ըստ Արագածոտնի մարզում տարածված տեղեկությունների, մարզպետ եղած ժամանակ համայնքապետերից մեկի հետ հաշիվները մաքրելու համար Գևորգյանը դիմել էր հայտնի «օրենքով գողերից» մեկի օգնությանը։
