Հայաստանի տնտեսական շահերը լիովին համընկնում են Ռուսաստանի և նրա դաշնակիցների շահերի հետ։ Այս մասին ասել է ֆորումի կազմկոմիտեի նախագահ, «Իմ երկիր, իմ Հայաստան» հասարակական-քաղաքական շարժման ղեկավար Մհեր Ավետիսյանը՝ ամփոփելով «Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև համագործակցության նոր հորիզոններ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի և ՇՀԿ-ի հետ» միջազգային ֆորումի արդյունքները, որն անցկացվել է Երևանում:

«Ամփոփելով, ես կցանկանայի նշել մի քանի կարևոր կետ։ Առաջին հերթին մրցունակ տնտեսություն ունենալու համար անհրաժեշտ է լուծել սեփական անվտանգության հարցերը։ Երկիրը չի կարող ունենալ անվտանգության խնդիրներ, միաժամանակ ունենալ զարգացած տնտեսություն։ Ձեռնարկատերերը ներդրումներ են կատարում և ֆինանսական բարեկեցությունը կապում են այն երկրների հետ, որտեղ կան անվտանգության հատուկ երաշխիքներ: Ուստի, նախ պետք է լուծել մեր երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրները»,- նշել է Ավետիսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ չի կարելի նեղանալ ԱՄՆ-ից, Ռուսաստանից, Ֆրանսիայից կամ Չինաստանից, որոնք պաշտպանում են սեփական պետական ​​շահերը։ «Մենք ինքներս պետք է որոշենք մեր շահերը, թե ում հետ են դրանք համընկնում, և պաշտպանենք դրանք։ Սա է անվտանգության խնդիրները լուծելու միակ ճանապարհը»,- հիշեց Ավետիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ անհրաժեշտ է հարաբերություններ կառուցել այն երկրների հետ, որոնց շահերը համընկնում են Հայաստանի շահերի հետ։

«Հայաստանի դեպքում այդ շահերն ավելի քան պարզ են։ Բոլոր ցուցանիշները ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսական շահերն ակնհայտորեն չեն համընկնում Արևմուտքի հետ։ Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողջ կառուցվածքը փոխկապակցված է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ՇՀԿ-ի, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հետ. սա փաստ է, դրա հետ վիճելն անիմաստ է։ Դուք կարող եք խոսել դիվերսիֆիկացիայի մասին, բայց դա այն է, ինչ կա: Հայաստանի տնտեսական շահերը լիովին համընկնում են Ռուսաստանի և նրա դաշնակիցների շահերի հետ»,- եզրափակեց Ավետիսյանը՝ կոչ անելով հայ ժողովրդին հարաբերություններ կառուցել ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հետ, քանի որ ապագան նրանց հետ է։
