PV-Magazine. Գիտնականները ստեղծել են եղանակին դիմացկուն պերովսկիտային շերտ արևային մարտկոցների համար

Ներկայումս արեգակնային մարտկոցների մեծ մասը պատրաստված է սիլիցիումից: Ֆոտովոլտային համակարգերը, որոնցում դրանք օգտագործվում են, երկար կյանք ունեն, սակայն դրանց միջին արդյունավետությունը 22-ից 25 տոկոս է, գրում է overclockers.ru-ն: Ընդ որում հնարավոր է հասնել նույնիսկ ավելի մեծ արդյունավետության, բայց կա ֆիզիկական սահմանափակում,  30%-ից բարձր արդյունավետության անհնար է հասնել, ուստի սիլիցիումի այլընտրանքներ են փնտրվում: Խնդրի հնարավոր լուծումը հանքային պերովսկիտն է: Սիլիցիումից և պերովսկիտից պատրաստված տանդեմ կամ հիբրիդային արևային բջիջները լաբորատոր փորձարկումներում արդեն հասել են ավելի քան 34% արդյունավետության: Այնուամենայնիվ, գիտնականները դեռ հեռու են դրանց զանգվածային արտադրությանը պատրաստ լինելուց, քանի որ պերովսկիտը զգայուն է շրջակա միջավայրի ազդեցությունների նկատմամբ:

Հենց այստեղ է կարևոր Չինաստանի Չժեցզյան համալսարանի գիտնականների հետազոտությունները: Նրանք ստեղծել են հիբրիդային արևային մարտկոց, որի պերովսկիտը զգալիորեն ավելի դիմացկուն է: Հետազոտողները մշակել են իրենց սեփական պերովսկիտային շերտը ջրի և ջերմության նկատմամբ բարձր դիմադրությամբ,  հաղորդել է PV-Magazine պորտալը:

Նման շերտով արևային մարտկոցի արդյունավետությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 25,7%, բայց 1000 ժամ հետո էլ այն դեռևս ունենում է իր սկզբնական հզորության 98%-ը։ Հզորության նվազեցումը լինում է գծային, 5000 ժամ հետո այն լինում է 90%։

Հետազոտողները իրենց նորարարություրնը չեն դիտարկում որպես առանձին արևային մարտկոցի ստեղծում։ Նրանք կարծում են, որ իրենց ստեղծած պերովսկիտային շերտը ապագայում կարող է օգտագործվել պերովսկիտային այլ շատ արևային բջիջների կյանքի տևողությունը մեծացնելու համար: «Այս զարգացումը կարող է ծառայել որպես բազմակողմանի և ճկուն ռազմավարություն բարելավելու պերովսկիտ արևային բջիջների աշխատանքը տարբեր սցենարներում: Սա կարևոր է ապագայում նման արևային բջիջների զանգվածային արտադրությունն առաջ մղելու համար»,- կարծում են հետազոտողները: Եթե ​​դա իսկապես այդպես է, և տեխնոլոգիան հաստատվի հետագա հետազոտություններով, ապա կարելի է հասնել հիբրիդային արևային բջիջների ոլորտում առաջընթացի և զանգվածային արտադրության ուղղությամբ կարևոր քայլի:

Այնուամենայնիվ, հավանաբար կպահանջվի ևս 5–10 տարի, մինչև 30%-ից ավելի արդյունավետությամբ ֆՎ համակարգերը ձեռք բերեն առևտրային առավելություն սովորական ՖՎ համակարգերի նկատմամբ:
