Վարչախումբը գիտի իր իրական վարկանիշը և վախենում է զարգացումներից

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը միաժամանակ և հանգստանում է և ակտիվորեն աշխատում։ Շատերը նկատել են տարօրինակ այն դրսևորումները, որ կան վերջին երկու ամիսներին։ Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների մի մասը հանգստանում է արտերկրում կամ ՀՀ տարածքում, մյուսներն էլ ակտիվորեն հանդիպումներ են ունենում քաղաքացիների հետ։

Ապա տեղերով փոխվում են։ Նույնիսկ վարչախմբի պարագլուխ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է իր մեկամսյա արձակուրդի ընթացքում մի քանի պտույտ արել Հայաստանի տարածքում, տարբեր խմբերի, քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպել, ցույց տվել՝ իբր մտահոգ է նրանց խնդիրներով։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, հունիսին իշխանությունները փակ հարցում են պատվիրել թե՛ ԱԱԾ-ին, թե՛ միջազգային երկու լուրջ կառույցների, իսկ դրանց արդյունքները խուճապի են մատնել իշխանավորներին։

Լավագույն դեպքում, նույնիսկ վարչական ռեսուրսի ամբողջական կիրառման պայմաններում Փաշինյանին կհաջողվի հավաքել 15 տոկոս, եթե ընտրությունները լինեին այս կիրակի։ Մյուս քաղաքական ուժերն ու անհատներն էլ չունեն բավարար չափով վստահություն հանրության մեջ, բայց, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, ընդդիմադիր միավորները, լուրջ համախմբման դեպքում բոլոր շանսերն ունեն վարչախմբին տապալելու համար։

Ընդ որում, համախմբման դեպքում բավական զգալի ցուցանիշ կարող են գրանցել նույնիսկ իշխանության մերձ «արևմտամետները», և դա է պատճառը, որ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի վերաբերմունքը իր երբեմնի դաշնակիցների նկատմամբ փոխվել է։ Հարցումների արդյունքները Փաշինյանին ստիպել են ակտիվացնել կուսակիցներին, ծրագրեր ու երթուղիներ գծել, հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել, փորձել բարձրացնել իշխանության վարկանիշը։ Առաջիկայում, առնվազն մինչև աշուն, երբ ընդդիմությունը խոստացել է նոր բողոքի ալիք բարձրացնել, իշխանություններն ավելի ակտիվ են լինելու հանրության հետ շփումներում։
