Խոսքի ազատությունն արժեք չունի նախկին լրագրող Փաշինյանի համար

Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհուրդը երեկ երկրորդ փորձից Հանրային ռադիոյի տնօրեն ընտրեց։ Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, այդ պաշտոնին ընտրվել է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի լրագրող, վերջին 28 տարին Չեխիայում բնակվող և ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի Արմեն Քոլոյանը։ Վերջինս ստացել է խորհրդի անդամներից հինգի քվեն։ Եվս մեկ թեկնածու՝ Նազելի Օհանյանը ստացել է մեկ քվե, իսկ մյուս վեց թեկնածուները, այդ թվում՝ Հանրային ռադիոյի նախկին տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանը ստացել են զրո ձայն։

Խումարյանն ի սկզբանե հայտնել էր, թե իշխանությունները մտադիր են Քոլոյանին ընտրել այդ պաշտոնում։ Ավելին, տեղեկություն էր հայտնել, որ օրեր առաջ Քոլոյանին ու Հանրային հեռարձակողի խորհրդի նախագահ Արա Շիրինյանին ընդունել են կառավարությունում։

Տնօրենի առաջին ընտրությունը կայացել էր հունիսի 5-ին, և ոչ ոք չէր ընտրվել, իշխանությունն իր սրտի թեկնածուին չէր հասցրել գտնել ու առաջադրել։ Իսկ երկրորդ փորձից կարևորագույն այդ կառույցի տնօրեն նշանակեցին Քոլոյանին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նոր տնօրենը հանձնարարություն է ստացել մանրամասն զտումներ իրականացնել ռադիոյում, հեռացնել կամ հնազանդեցնել բոլոր անհնազանդներին։ Իսկ ռադիոյում այդպիսիք շատ են, Խումարյանի պաշտոնավարման օրոք ռադիոն, ի տարբերություն Հանրային հեռուստատեսության, վերածվել էր ազատ հարթակի, դարձել ռեյտինգային, մրցունակ ռադիո, տասնյակ նախաձեռնություններ էին կյանքի կոչվել։ Առաջիկայում ազատ խոսքը ռադիոյում կոշտ կճնշեն, Փաշինյանին քննադատողներին կհեռացնեն, իսկ Հանրային ռադիոն կվերածեն գորշ մի կառույցի, որտեղ կարող է հնչել միայն փառաբանություն առ գործող վարչախմբի պարագլուխ։

Ի դեպ, այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ փակվել է ռադիոյով հեռարձակվող «Ստատուս քվո» հաղորդաշարը։ Պատճառը՝ Փաշինյանի հասցեին քննադատությունն է եղել։
