Արձագանքներ ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նամակին

ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գ. Ծառուկյանը Փարիզ-2024-ի շրջանակներում նամակ էր ուղղել միջազգային օլիմպիական հանրությանը՝ կոչ անելով, հավատարիմ մնալով օլիմպիզմի վեհ գաղափարներին, ջանքեր ներդնել Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիների ազատման ուղղությամբ։ Նամակում Ծառուկյանը շեշտել էր, որ այս պահին երկու պետությունները գտնվում են խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված գործընթացի փուլում, և փաստացի պատանդի կարգավիճակով պահվող գերիների ազատումը կօգներ խաղաղության գործընթացին և կկայունացներ իրավիճակը մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Ծառուկյանի նամակին ի պատասխան արդեն ստացվում են առաջին արձագանքները։
Ներկայացնում ենք հատված Միջազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահ Թոմաս Բախի պատասխան նամակից, որտեղ նա, ընդգծելով ՄՕԿ քաղաքական չեզոքությունը, ասում է.

Շատ շնորհակալություն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ Ձեր նամակի համար։
Ինչպես դուք գիտեք, ՄՕԿ-ը խաղաղության կողմնակից է, և մեր մտքերն ու զգացմունքները մնում են անմեղ զոհերի և մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր տուժել են մեծ թվով կոնֆլիկտներից և պատերազմներից ամբողջ աշխարհում։
Մենք շարունակում ենք հույս ունենալ, որ կարելի է գտնել խաղաղ լուծում, ինչը ներկայացվեց Օլիմպիական ավանում զինադադարի որմնանկարի բացմամբ և մեր շարունակական կոչերով՝ ուղղված բոլոր կառավարություններին, որպեսզի խաղաղությանը շանս տրվի։
Մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր Ազգային Օլիմպիական Կոմիտեներին և նրանց համապատասխան ղեկավարություններին, թիմերի ղեկավարներին և մարզիկներին՝ իրենց ներդրումն ունենալ խաղաղության գործում՝ խթանելով փոխըմբռնումն ու հարգանքը խաղադաշտում և դրանից դուրս՝ օլիմպիական արժեքներին և օլիմպիզմի հիմնարար սկզբունքներին համապատասխան»։
