Արևային մարտկոցներն ավելի շատ էներգիա կապահովեն հատուկ ներկանյութերի շնորհիվ

Վյուրցբուրգի համալսարանի (Գերմանիա) գիտնականները մշակել են հեղափոխական համակարգ, որը կլանելով լույսը՝ ողջ տեսանելի տիրույթում կարող է զգալիորեն մեծացնել արևային բջիջների արդյունավետությունը: Մանրամասները հայտնել է TechSpot-ը, գրում է Fokus.ua-ն։

Ավանդական սիլիցիումի վրա հիմնված արևային մարտկոցները կարող են լույս կլանել ամբողջ տեսանելի սպեկտրով, բայց նրանք դա անում են «թույլ»: Նրանք նաև պետք է լինեն բավականին հաստ, որպեսզի կլանեն բավականաչափ ֆոտոններ՝ զգալի քանակությամբ էլեկտրաէներգիա առաջացնելու համար: Այդ լրացուցիչ ծավալը դրանց դարձնում է ավելի ծանր, ավելի թանկ և ավելի դժվար մոնտաժվող: Մյուս կողմից, բարակ թաղանթով արևային մարտկոցները համեմատաբար էժան են, թեթև և բարակ (նրանք ունեն ընդամենը 100 նանոմետր հաստություն), բայց նրանք կարող են կլանել միայն արեգակնային սպեկտրի նեղ մասը, ինչը նրանց այլընտրանք չի դարձնում:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Վյուրցբուրգի համալսարանի հետազոտողները կարողացել են լուծել բարակ թաղանթով արևային բջիջների խնդիրը նոր կենսաբանական կառուցվածքով: Նրանք մշակել են URPB համակարգը, որը մոդելավորվել է բույսերի և բակտերիաների ֆոտոսինթետիկ բեղիկների հիման վրա, որոնք շատ արդյունավետ են արևի լույսը գրավելու համար:

URPB-ն օգտագործում է չորս տարբեր ներկանյութեր, որոնք դասավորված են ճշգրիտ ձևավորված կազմաձևով: Սարքը գերազանց արդյունավետությամբ կարող է լույս գրավել ուլտրամանուշակագույն, տեսանելի և մերձինֆրակարմիր տիրույթներում: Յուրաքանչյուր շերտ կլանում է լույսը ուլտրամանուշակագույն, կարմիր, մանուշակագույն և կապույտ սպեկտրներում: Թիմի փորձարկումների ժամանակ համակարգը լույսի 38%-ը վերածել է օգտագործելի էներգիայի:

Գերմանական թիմի ձեռքբերումները հեռու են ֆոտոգալվանային բջիջներից ավելի շատ էներգիա քամելու միակ փորձից: Օրինակ, Թուրքիայի գիտնականները վերջերս վերլուծել են ֆոտոգալվանային արևային բջիջների կիսագնդային կառուցվածքը, որը կարող է կլանել մինչև 66% ավելի լույս համեմատած հարթ վահանակների հետ: Համակարգչային սիմուլյացիայով դրանք խոստումնալից տեսք ուներ, սակայն իրական նախատիպերը պետք է ստեղծվեն և փորձարկվեն:

Մինչ այդ էլ՝ 2023 թվականին, գիտնականները փորձել են կատարելագործել ավանդական սիլիցիումային արևային բջիջները` նրանց վրա ավելացնելով նոր պերովսկիտային շերտ։ Այդ միացությունը գրավում է լույսի տարբեր ալիքներ և վահանակների պոտենցիալ արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնում է 30%-ից ավելի, ինչը կարևոր շեմ է համաշխարհային մասշտաբով արևային էներգիան ավելի կենսունակ դարձնելու համար:
