Ովքե՞ր են Հայաստանում օրակարգ թելադրում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին նախօրեին հայտարարել է, որ մոտ ապագայում Թուրքիայում կհանդիպեն «3+3» ձևաչափի արտգործնախարարները։ Այս ֆոնին պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել մի քանի գործոնների: Նախ՝ փաստացի, Թուրքիան իր ձեռքն է վերցնում հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների «հունը», որոնք արգելակվել են արևմտյան «կուրատորության» պայմաններում, ապա և՝ դեռևս անհայտ է՝ արդյո՞ք Վրաստանը կմասնակցի տարածաշրջանային այսպիսի ֆորմատին: Մյուս կողմից, ինչպես առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, չեն բացառվում Արևմուտքի, ի մասնավորի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի ճնշումները Հայաստանի նկատմամբ՝ վերջինիս ինքնիշխանության զիջման տեսքով՝ ի շահ ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի հետաքրքրությունների:

Առավել ևս, որ Վրաստանի իշխանությունների՝ սեփական երկրի շահերին տեր կանգնելու և այլոց ձեռքի խաղալիք չդառնալու հարցում հետևողականությունը, Ադրբեջանի՝ առավելապես դեպի Ռուսաստան հակումներն ու Թուրքիայի անսկզբունքայնությունը ստեղծել են մի վիճակ, որ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանի միակ երկիրն է մնացել, որն առանց մտածելու նետվում է Արևմուտքի գիրկը: Ընդ որում, ակնհայտ է, որ Արևմուտքն է այսօր թելադրում Հայաստանի օրակարգը, թեկուզ և պարբերաբար հայտարարություններ են հնչում, թե չեն խառնվում Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին: Բայց իրականում դրանք սոսկ հայտարարություններ են, որոնք հեռու են իրականությունից: Նման հայտարարություններ հնչում են նաև այլ խաղացողների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից: Հատկապես վերջինիս կրավորական կեցվածքը քաղաքական և փորձագիտական շրջանակներում տարակուսանք է առաջացնում, քանի որ, տարածաշրջանում ունենալով զգալի շահեր ու հետաքրքրություններ՝ կարծես կողքից է Ռուսաստանը հետևում, թե ինչպես է Արևմուտքն սկսել այստեղ օրակարգ թելադրել, իսկ Հայաստանում խորանում են հակառուսական տրամադրությունները: Այս մոտեցմամբ, նման կրավորական կեցվածքով հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ հակառուսականությունը Հայաստանում կհասնի անդառնալիության սահմանին...

Մյուս կողմից՝ հասկանալի է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում երկրորդ ճակատ բացել Արևմուտքի դեմ մեր տարածաշրջանում, սակայն չպետք է բացառել, որ հենց այսպիսի զիջողականությունը կարող է հանգեցնել նման ելքի: Այդպիսի վիճակի բացառման միակ հնարավորությունն այս օրերին շատ քաղաքագետներ, փորձագետներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ տեսնում են իրադարձությունների այնպիսի ընթացքի դեպքում, երբ ԱՄՆ-ում կհաղթի Դոնալդ Թրամփը, ապա կդադարեցվի ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը, իսկ մեր տարածաշրջանում կվերականգնվի այն կարգավիճակը, որ կար մինչ այդ պատերազմը, այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը նորից դոմինանտ կլինի: Ի վերջո, չպետք է մոռանալ, որ Հարավային Կովկասը, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանի համար եղել ու մնում են ռազմավարական նշանակության տարածքներ:
