Ստիպված ենք լճացում արձանագրել արդյունաբերության և գյուղատնտեսության ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն աճում է, բայց չի զարգանում։

Պաշտոնական տվյալներին համաձայն, 2023 թվականին Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ աճը կազմել է 9,4 տոկոս (23,5 մլրդ դոլար)։ Մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ շուկայական գներով կազմել է 8168 դոլար։ Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 20,7 մլրդ դոլար (ինչը 46 տոկոսով գերազանցում է 2022 թվականի ցուցանիշը), այդ թվում․ ներմուծում՝ 12,3 մլրդ դոլար (աճը՝ 40,2 տոկոս), արտահանում՝ 8,4 մլրդ դոլար (աճը՝ 55,3 տոկոս)։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ ապրանքաշրջանառությունն աճել է 43,3 տոկոսով։ Այս ցուցանիշները, սակայն չեն արտացոլում երկրի տնտեսության իրական վիճակը։

Բարձր ցուցանիշները ոչ թե երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման, այլ վերաարտահանման գործառնությունների արդյունք են։ Այս գործառնությունները բերել են մոտ 8 մլրդ դոլար (ՀՆԱ-ի 34 տոկոս)։ Բացի այդ, միգրանտների հոսքի պատճառով մեկ/քառորդով աճել է ներքին առևտուրը, որը կազմում է 3 մլրդ դոլար (12,8 տոկոս)։ Միևնույն ժամանակ վերամշակման արդյունաբերության ու գյուղատնտեսության բաժինը ՀՆԱ-ում կազմում է ընդամենը 4,6 մլրդ դոլար (19,6 տոկոս)։ Եվս մոտ 1,3 մլրդ դոլար բերել է կապի և տեղեկատվության ոլորտը (5,5 տոկոս)։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, դա կազմել է ՀՆԱ-ում վերաարտահանման մասնաբաժնի 70 տոկոսը։

Հայաստանում փաստացի դրական դինամիկա է արձանագրվում միայն հյուրանոցային և ռեստորանային բիզնեսում, ինչպես նաև հանգստի և զվարճանքի ոլորտում, որտեղ աճը գերազանցել է 13,4 տոկոս, բայց դա չի վկայում մարդկանց եկամուտների և բարեկեցության աճի մասին:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, վարչապետի ծրագիրը, որին կողմ է քվեարկել Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը, ամբողջությամբ ձախողվել է, խոստումները չեն կատարվել։ «Ստիպված ենք լճացում արձանագրել արդյունաբերության և գյուղատնտեսության ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել առողջապահության և սոցիալական համակարգում, հատկապես գյուղական շրջաններում։ Շինարարության ոլորտում ձեռնարկած պոպուլիստական միջոցները շուտով կհանգեցնեն հիփոթեքային ճգնաժամի և բնակչության կենսամակարդակի կտրուկ անկմանը»,- նշում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը և հավելում, որ հարկավոր է համախմբել բնակչությունը, պայմաններ ստեղծել ավելի քան մեկ միլիոն մարդ Հայաստան վերադառնալու համար, ովքեր վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում լքել են իրենց երկիրը։

«Կարևոր է արտասահմանում հայկական համայնքների մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի վերածննդի գործում։ Պետք է ստեղծել ձեռնարկատիրության գրավիչ պայմաններ և պետական ​​երաշխիքների համակարգ, վերսկսել Սփյուռքի նախարարության գործունեությունը։ Պետք է բարելավել կյանքը Հայրենիքում»,- արձանագրել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
