Հայաստանի տարածքի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած ոտնձգության դեպքում Արևմուտքը պետք է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի. շվեդ պատգամավոր

Շվեդիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Էրիկ Հելսբորնն, անդրադառնալով Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հնարավորություններին և այդ համատեքստում Բաքվից հնչող սպառնալիքներին, նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ոտնձգություն իրականացնելու ցանկացած փորձ պետք է հանգեցնի Արևմուտքի կողմից արագ գործողությունների, մասնավորապես՝ պատժամիջոցների:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ հարցազրույցում շվեդ պատգամավորն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև խորացող հարաբերություններին, Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև սահմանների սահմանազատում իրականացնելու շուրջ համաձայնությանն, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցման ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հնարավորություններին: 

- Պարոն Հելսբորն, վերջին շրջանում ականատես ենք լինում, թե ինչպես են ամրապնդվում ու խորանում Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև հարաբերությունները, կողմերն ավելի սերտ գործընկերության մեջ են, քան երբևէ։ Ձեր կարծիքով որքանո՞վ է կարևոր Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև հարաբերությունների խորացումը տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության և բարգավաճման համար։ Ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք այդ կապերը: 

- Միջազգային հարաբերությունները կարևոր են ցանկացած երկրի համար, բայց առավել կարևոր են այնպիսի փոքր երկրների համար, ինչպիսին Հայաստանն է: Վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում կառուցված ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունները դրական են, և այդ աշխատանքը պետք է շարունակվի։ Ավելի սերտ կապերն օգուտ կբերեն երկու կողմերին էլ:

- Վերջերս Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը պայմանավորվեցին Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա սահմանների սահմանազատման գործընթաց սկսելու վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք այս համաձայնագիրը և, ըստ Ձեզ՝ կարո՞ղ է այն խաղաղություն բերել երկու երկրներին ու հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանին։ 

- Սահմանային տարաձայնություններն, իհարկե, պետք է լուծվեն, որպեսզի լինի երկարատև խաղաղություն։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նման համաձայնագրի մանրամասները, հավանաբար, բարդ խնդիր կհանդիսանան: Ես հետևել եմ Հայաստանի և հայկական սփյուռքի բանավեճերին և տեղյակ եմ, որ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր քննադատում են, թե ինչպես է կառավարությունը վարում իրավիճակը: Իմ իրավունքը չէ ասելը, թե ով է ճիշտ այս պարագայում:

- Վերջին տարիներին շատ է խոսվում Հարավային Կովկասում տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից պահանջում է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»՝ միաժամանակ սպառնալով այն ստանալ ուժով։ Պարոն Հելսբորն, ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք Ադրբեջանի նման ագրեսիվ և չպատճառաբանված վարքագիծը։

- Ալիևի ռեժիմի հռետորաբանությունը «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» վերաբերյալ անընդունելի է: Քննարկվող տարածքը պատկանում է Հայաստանին, և Ադրբեջանն իրավունքներ չունի այդ հողի նկատմամբ, իրավունք չունի նաև դրա վերաբերյալ որևէ պահանջ ներկայացնելու։ Հայկական հողի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն սահմանելու ցանկացած փորձ պետք է հանգեցնի Արևմուտքի կողմից արագ գործողությունների, ինչպիսիք պատժամիջոցներն են:
