Ռուսական պատասխան՝ հայ ֆերմերներին

Ռուսական կողմը գրությամբ դիմել է հայկական կողմին՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ դադարեցնում է մի շարք ընկերությունների բուսական ծագման մթերքի արտահանման հնարավորությունը։ Անցյալ տարվա աշնանն էլ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը մտահոգություն էր հայտնել Հայաստանից բուսական մթերքի մատակարարումների ժամանակ հաճախակի խախտումների կապակցությամբ։

«Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը բացահայտել էր Հայաստանից արտահանված ծաղկի և պտուղ-բանջարեղենի մեջ կարանտինային վնասատուների հայտնաբերման 72 դեպք։ Բայց այս դեպքերը միակը չեն․ տարեսկզբին «Ռոսպոտրեբնադզոր»-ը դադարեցրել էր Հայաստանից «Ջերմուկ» հանքային ջրի մի քանի խմբաքանակի վաճառքը՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե հանքային ջրից քաղաքացին կերակրափողի այրվածք է ստացել և մահացել։

Դրանից հետո էլ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը «խախտումներ էր հայտնաբերել» Հայաստանից արտահանված ձկնկիթում։ Տնտեսական այս միջոցները «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը պարբերաբար օգտագործում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև այլ երկրների դեմ։ Տևական ժամանակ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ ռուսական կողմը նոր տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ է ներդնելու։

Սա մեծ հավանականությամբ այդ ցանկից չէ։

Ըստ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ի, պատժամիջոցների տակ են հայտնվել մի քանի, ոչ մեծ ընկերություններ, որոնք խնդիրներ ունեն սանիտարական վիճակի հետ կապված։ Մեր զրուցակիցների գնահատմամբ, այս միջոցներն աննշան կազդեն Հայաստանից պտուղ-բանջարեղենի արտահանման վրա։ Խնդիրները կարող են խորանալ, եթե «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը ընդլայնի ցանկը կամ հրաժարվի ապրանք ներկրել ընդհանրապես Հայաստանից։
