Իշխանություններն սկսելու են Ռուսաստանին սիրաշահե՞լ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրությունների «դեբատի» ժամանակ նախկին նախագահ, նախագահի թեկնածու Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ ընտրվելու դեպքում, «դեռ աշխատասենյակ չմտած», կխաղաղեցնի վիճակը՝ կապված ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետ: Նա նշել է, որ «այդ պատերազմը չպետք է նույնիսկ սկսվեր», ապա մեղադրել է նախագահ Բայդենին, որ աննախադեպ ահռելի գումարներ է «լցրել» Ուկրաինա՝ մոտ 200 մլրդ դոլար: «Մենք չպետք է նման գումարներ ծախսենք»,-ասել է Թրամփը՝ հավելելով, որ արդյունքում մարդիկ են մահանում՝ «անիմաստ ու անօգուտ»:

Թրամփը նաև խոստացել է հաշտեցնել Զելենսկիին ու Պուտինին և կարգավորել այդ հարցը: Սա, իհարկե, կարևոր հայտարարություն է առաջին հերթին այն առումով, որ ընտրարշավի ողջ ընթացքում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Թրամփի հաղթելու հավանականությունը շատ մեծ է: Դրա վերջին ակորդը նրա նկատմամբ իրականացված մահափորձն է, որի հետ կապված տարբեր մեկնաբանություններ կան, սակայն շատերը միակարծիք են, որ դա ավելի բարձրացրեց նրա հաղթելու հավանականությունը: Իսկ ի՞նչ կլինի նման ելքի պարագայում: Հասկանալի է, որ առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստանը վերականգնելու է իր աշխարհաքաղաքական հեգեմոնիան, որին, ըստ փորձագետների, դեմ չէ նաև Թրամփը՝ առաջին հերթին որպես բիզնես մտածողություն և բիզնես հետաքրքրություններ ունեցող գործիչ:

Դրանից հետո, բնականաբար, Ռուսաստանն ավելի լրջորեն է զբաղվելու Հարավային Կովկասով: Սա հասկանում են նաև Հայաստանի իշխանությունները և հենց այդ պատճառով էլ, մեր տեղեկություններով, որոշակի «սիրաշահումներ» են սկսել ի ցույց դնել ռուսների նկատմամբ: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ արդեն աշնան սկզբին կարող են դրսևորվել ռուսամետության ցցուն ժեստեր: Բանն այն է, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Ռուսաստանը, ուկրաինական պատերազմից ձեռքերն ազատելուց հետո, կարող է Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների կողմնակից լինել: Ընդ որում, ըստ իշխանական կուլիսներում առկա խոսակցությունների, դա կարող է լինել Արևմուտքի հետ պայմանավորված, և նոր խորհրդարանի 70 տոկոսը կազմված կլինի ռուսամետ և ազգային ուժերից, 30 տոկոսը՝ արևմտամետներից...
