Փաշինյանը չի կարող խոսել Հայաստանի անունից. Կարապետյան

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող խոսել Հայաստանի անունից։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե գործող իշխանությունը 2021 թ. ընտրվել է քվեարկությանը մասնակիցների մոտ 30 տոկոսով։ Միակ պետությունն է աշխարհում, որտեղ կառավարող ուժին աջակցել է բնակչության 9 տոկոսը։

Գեներալ-մայորի կարծիքով, գործող իշխանություններն ընտրվելով չեն կատարել իրենց ծրագրի որևէ կետ։ «Խոստանում էին զարգացնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Լիովին հակառակն արեցին»,- հիշեցրել է Կարապետյանը։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նաև կարծում է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող հայ ժողովրդի անունից որևէ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրել։ Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» իրագործումն աղետ է դառնալու Հայաստանի համար։ «Ամեն ադրբեջանցու կողքին մեկ ոստիկան չեն կարող դնել։ Հայ ոստիկանները չեն կարող ապահովել նրանց անվտանգությունը, և նույնն էլ Ադրբեջանում չեն կարող ապահովել հայերի անվտանգությունը»,- նշել է գեներալ-մայորը, նկատել, թե հող տալով չի կարելի հույս ունենալ, որ խաղաղ կապրենք։ «Փաշինյանը հայ ժողովրդի դուխը գցել է ասֆալտի վրա և տրորել։ Եթե պատրաստ է կզած ապրել, թող ապրի։ Բայց մեր ժողովրդի մեծամասնությունը հաստատ դրան պատրաստ չէ։ Ալիևը չի կշտանալու և նոր պատերազմ է լինելու»,- նկատում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։

Անդրադառնալով սահմանագծման հարցերին, զինվորականների կողմից հող հանձնելու դրվագներին, Կարապետյանն ասել է, թե Փաշինյանը ոչնչի տակ չի ստորագրել, իսկ հող հանձնելու պատասխանատվությունը մնացել է զինվորականների վրա։ Մինչդեռ «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ը զինվորականի համար պետք է օդից խոսքեր չլինեն։

Արշակ Կարապետյանի խոսքով, Արցախի պատմությունը 90-ականներից կարելի է բաժանել երկու էտապի։ Առաջինը՝ պատերազմ և հաղթանակ, հիմա՝ պատերազմ և Արցախի կորուստ։ «Բայց սկսել է երրորդ փուլը, որի մասին պետք է խոսել որոշ ժամանակ անց։ Ի վերջո, մենք հաղթելու ենք, հասնելու ենք մեր ցանկացածին»,- նշել է նա։

Ըստ գեներալ-մայորի, «Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալն» աշխատում է, անսպասելիորեն լավ աշխատանք են տարել, վկայություններ, փաստաթղթավորված գործողություններ, ուսումնասիրել են մեծ քանակությամբ նյութ։ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև գործող վարչախմբին, նկատել, թե Հայաստանը, ցավոք, էլիտա չունի։ «Ունենք փողոցից եկած թափթփուկներ, որոնք ոչինչ չեն կարող ստեղծել։ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն ամբողջ թիմով պատասխան են տալու Արցախի կորստի համար։ Պատմության մեջ նրանց անունները գրված են սև տառերով»,- արձանագրել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
