Քավության նոխազ դատավորին նշանակեցին

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը որոշել է դադարեցնել երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործը քննած դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի լիազորությունները։ Քննելով Արդարադատության նախարարության հարուցած կարգապահական վարույթը՝ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի ղեկավարած կառույցը որոշել է, որ դատավոր Դանիբեկյանն էական կարգապահական խախտում է թույլ տվել, որի հետևանքով պաշտոնաթող նախագահի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործերն արդյունավետ չեն քննվել և Քոչարյանն ազատվել է պատասխանատվությունից։

Դատավորին հեռացնելու համար ԲԴԽ-ն աղմկահարույց տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել՝ Դանիբեկյանին մեղադրելով գործը միտումնավոր ձգձգելու համար, արդարադատության նախարարությունը վարույթ էր հարուցել, նույն ԲԴԽ-ն էլ որոշում էր կայացրել։ Այսկերպ, թերևս, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը փորձում է իր վրայից նետել առանցքային գոծերից մեկի քննության ձախողումը, հանրային դժգոհության ալիքն էլ ուղղել դատավորի կողմը։

2018 թ. իշխանության գալով օրենքի գերակայության խոստումներով, Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը որևէ նախկին պաշտոնյայի այդպես էլ պատասխանատվության չեն կարողացել ենթարկել, շատերն արդարացվել են նույն այս վարչախմբի ձեռամբ։ Իսկ մարտի 1-ի գործն այն գլխավոր գործերից էր, որի մասին Փաշինյանն ինքն էր խոսում, խոստումներ շռայլում։ Արդյունքում, այդ գործով որևէ մեկը չպատժվեց, զոհերից մեկի քույրը պատգամավոր դարձավ, մյուսների հարազատների ձայնն էլ վաղուց չի լսվում։ Իսկ Դանիբեկյանի օգուտը մնաց պլաստիկ վիրահատությունը։
