ԱՄՆ-ն Վրաստանում «իշխանափոխություն է նախապատրաստում». գլխավոր դերը «վստահված է» Զուրաբիշվիլիին. ՌԴ հետախուզություն

ԱՄՆ-ն «վճռական է հոկտեմբերի 26-ին Վրաստանում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներով երկրում իշխանափոխության հասնել». այս մասին, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի փոխանցմամբ, հայտնել է ՌԴ արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը՝ վկայակոչելով իր տվյալները:

«Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմն արդեն մշակել է լայնածավալ տեղեկատվական արշավ՝ իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցությանը վարկաբեկելու համար», - ասվում է գերատեսչության հաղորդագրությունում:

Ըստ ՌԴ հետախուզական ծառայության՝ ամերիկացի «համակարգողները» Վրաստանում ընդդիմադիր ուժերին «արդեն հրահանգել են սկսել երկրում բողոքի ցույցերի ծրագրումը՝ կապված ընտրությունների հետ»։ Ընդ որում, ըստ ռուսական կողմի պնդման, «իշխանափոխության հիմնական շարժիչ ուժը պետք է լինի Թբիլիսիի բնակչությունը»։

«Վաշինգտոնը ծրագրում է այս բոլոր իրադարձությունների հիմքում դնել հակառուսական գաղափարախոսությունը՝ Մոսկվային մեղադրելով Վրաստանի բոլոր դժբախտությունների  համար։ Շեշտը դրվելու է «Վրացական երազանք»-ի «քաղաքական անկախության բացակայության» մեղադրանքների վրա: Հակակառավարական տրամադրություններ հրահրելու գործում առանցքային դերը պետք է կատարի Վրաստանի նախագահ Զուրաբիշվիլին: Ինչպես պլանավորել են «վաշինգտոնյան ռեժիսորները», պետության ղեկավարը հարցազրույց կտա ամերիկյան լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին  և Վրաստանի կառավարությանը կմեղադրի ԵՄ-ին Թբիլիսիի անդամակցության բանակցային գործընթացի «դեգրադացիայի» համար, հասարակությանը կզգուշացնի Մոսկվայի հետ մերձեցման աղետալի հետևանքների և Ռուսաստանից վերաբնակիչների կողմից Վրաստանին հասցված վնասի մասին», - նշված է հաղորդագրությունում:

Ընդգծվում է, որ Վաշինգտոնը Զուրաբիշվիլիի միջոցով մտադիր է ընտրողներին նախապատրաստել ընդդիմության կողմից իշխող «Վրացական երազանք»-ին ինչ-որ քաղաքական անակնկալի», որը, ի վերջո, կարող է դառնալ հերթական «գունավոր հեղափոխությունը»։
