Հայաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ը նոր զորավարժություն են անելու

Ամերիկյան սենատորների ազդեցիկ պատվիրակության այցից, Երևանում հակառուսական հայտարարություններից հետո ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն այսօր հայտարարել է, թե միջազգային խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում մասնակցության նախապատրաստման շրջանակում հուլիսի 15-24-ը Հայաստանում կանցկացվի «Արծիվ գործընկեր-2024» հայ-ամերիկյան համատեղ զորավարժությունը։ 

Սա Հայաստանում վերջին մեկ տարում անցկացվող երկրորդ զորավարժությունն է։ Զորավարժությանը ներգրավված են լինելու ՀՀ ԶՈՒ խաղաղապահ բրիգադի, Եվրոպայում և Աֆրիկայում ԱՄՆ ցամաքային զորքերի և Կանզասի ազգային գվարդիայի զինծառայողները:

Նախորդը՝ «Արծիվ գործընկեր 2023» խորագրով, կայացել էր 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերի 11-20-ը, և դրանց մասնակցել էին 85 ամերիկացի ու 175 հայաստանցի զինվորական: Այդ զորավարժություններն օբյեկտիվորեն արժանացել էին Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ մյուս դաշնակիցների քննադատությանը։ Լինելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ՝ Հայաստանը նման զորավարժություն էր անում Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ։

Բնական է, որ այս զորավարժություններն էլ արժանանալու են Մոսկվայի քննադատությանը, ևս մեկ դրվագով վատթարացնելու են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս ֆոնին ԱՄՆ-ից հայտնել են, որ անորոշ ժամանակով կհետաձգեն Վրաստանում «Արժանի գործընկեր» զորավարժությունները, որոնք ի սկզբանե նախատեսված էին 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ից օգոստոսի 6-ը։

Պատճառը ԱՄՆ-ի և Վրաստանի երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համապարփակ վերանայումն է։ Պենտագոնից նշել են, որ մայիսի 30-ին սկսել են Վրաստանի հետ երկկողմ համագործակցության ամբողջական վերանայումը։ Մինչ Վրաստանը, հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանային օբյեկտիվ իրողությունները, նվազեցնում է համագործակցության մակարդակն Արևմուտքի հետ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ինքնամոռաց նետվում են նույն այդ Արևմուտքի գիրկը։
