Ի՞նչ կփոխվի Իրանի քաղաքականությունում նոր նախագահի օրոք

Իրանը նոր նախագահ ունի. 9-րդ նախագահ է ընտրվել բարեփոխիչ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանը։ Նա հավաքել է ավելի քան 16,3 միլիոն ձայն, իսկ նրա մրցակից, պահպանողական Սաիդ Ջալիլին՝ 13,5 միլիոն ձայն։

Հաղթանակից հետո Իրանի նոր նախագահն իր առաջին հարցազրույցում խոսել է համազգային համերաշխության մասին և նշել, որ Իրանի զարգացման նպատակով օգտվելու է նաև ընտրությունների ընթացքում իր մրցակիցների կողմնակիցների կարողություններից։

Փեզեշքիանը մասնավորապես ասել է՝ «Իշխանության համար միմյանց հետ կռիվ ունեինք, եթե Աստծո համար է, իրար հետ հո կռիվ չունե՞նք»,- գրել էր նա:

Դեռ նախքան ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին հայտարարել էր, թե ով էլ լինի Իրանի նախագահը, Հայաստանի նկատմամբ քաղաքականությունը չի փոխվելու, քանի որ այն սկզբունքային է։ Իսկ մտահոգվելու բան պաշտոնական Երևանը որոշակիորեն ունի։

Փեզեշքիանը ոչ միայն բարեփոխական է, այլև արմատներով Ատրպատականից։ Նրա հայրն ազերախոս է, մայրը՝ քրդախոս։ Ադրբեջանական մամուլը շաբաթներ շարունակ փորձում էր տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ Փեզեշքիանի ընտրությունը բխում է Բաքվի շահերից, քանի որ ազգությամբ ազերի Փեզեշքիանի հետ իրենց համար ավելի հեշտ է լինելու։

Ըստ փորձագետների, արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ կտրուկ շրջադարձեր չեն կարող լինել, Իրանում կարևորագույն այդ հարցերը որոշում է ոչ թե նախագահը, այլ գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեին։ Փոփոխություններ կլինեն Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերություններում, Փեզեշքիանն ու նրա թիմն ավելի հակված են կարգավորելու միջուկային ծրագրերը, բարելավելու կապերն ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի հետ։

Ցանկացած դեպքում ՀՀ իշխանությունները ստիպված են լինելու ավելի աչալուրջ գործել, բարելավել հարաբերություններն Իրանի նոր իշխանությունների հետ՝ նոր խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար։ Իսկ Իրանը կտրուկ դեմ է արտատարածաշրջանային խաղացողների մուտքը Հարավային Կովկաս։ Թե ինչպե՞ս կդասավորվեն հայ-իրանական նոր հարաբերությունները, կհաջողվի՞ խուսափել խնդիրներից, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։
