Փաշինյան-Մարագոս հեռակա «փոխհրաձգություն»

Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար Վասիլիս Մարագոսը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունն արդեն շատ կոնկրետ արդյունքներ է տվել, և նրա ներկայությունը երկրում ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան հեռու է Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ գնալ Հայաստանի պարագայում։

Մասնակցելով «ՀՀ-Արևելյան գործընկերություն-ԵՄ․ մարտահրավերներն ու հնարավորությունները» խորագրով պանելային քննարկմանը և խոսելով Հարավային Կովկասում տիրող անվտանգային իրավիճակի մասին՝ Մարագոսը, ըստ էության, պատասխանել է վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին։

Օրերս Փաշինյանը խոսել էր ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու նախաձեռնության մասին, հայտարարել, թե դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չի տեսնում, քանի որ «գիտի ժողովրդի կարծիքը»։ Նա նաև հայտարարել էր, թե դեռ պետք է պարզել՝ պատրա՞ստ է Եվրամիությունը, ուզո՞ւմ է դա, թե՞ չի ուզում։

«Այդ հարցի պատասխանը ես կարո՞ղ եմ տալ այսօր, ոչ չեմ կարող տալ, որովհետև այսօր ԵՄ-ում էլ տեղի են ունենում գործընթացներ, մենք այդ գործընթացները պետք է գնահատենք։ ԵՄ երկրներում ընտրություններ են տեղի ունենում, որոնց արդյունքներն առնվազն որոշակի հարցեր են առաջացնում»,- նշել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարություններից հետո կարծիք հնչեց, որ գործող վարչախումբը փորձում է կամաց վերադառնալ ՌԴ ուղեծիր, Փաշինյանն էլ հրաժարվում է եվրաինտեգրման իր քաղաքականությունից։ Ակնկալելի էր, որ ԵՄ-ից պատասխան հնչելու է։

«Տեղում մեր ներկայությունը նույնպես շատ կարևոր ներգրավվածություն է ԵՄ-ի և իր անդամ պետությունների կողմից։ Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունն արդեն շատ կոնկրետ արդյունքներ է տալիս՝ իր պարեկությամբ և ներկայությամբ՝ աջակցելով մարդկանց անվտանգությանը։ Սա նաև շատ կոնկրետ ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան հեռու է Եվրամիությունը պատրաստ գնալ Հայաստանի պարագայում»,- ընդգծել է Մարագոսը՝ հավելելով նաև, որ գործընկերությունը պետք է ձևակերպվի երկու կողմերի փոխգործակցության միջոցով։

Փաստացի, ԵՄ-ն էլ նախազգուշացում է անում Փաշինյանին՝ հասկացնելով, որ ջոկել են նրա խաղը և մտադիր չեն հանդուրժել քաղաքական անսկզբունքայնությունը։ Ի վերջո, Փաշինյանին բացատրում են, որ «-և, -և»-ը չի անցնելու։ Կամ ՌԴ-ի հետ ես, կամ Արևմուտքի։
