Ադրբեջանը նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում Հայաստանին

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ հայերի վերադարձը կապել է այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնքի» վերադարձի հետ։ Նա այդպես է պատասխանել Ադրբեջանում Կանադայի դեսպան Քևին Համիլթոնի դիտարկմանը ԼՂ հայերի վերադարձի իրավունքի մասին։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահն ասել է, որ այդ իրավունքը պետք է փոխադարձաբար ապահովվի և պետք է վերաբերվի նաև «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնքին»։

Այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» թեզը Ալիևը վաղուց է շրջանառում, այսօր էլ պահանջում է «արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների» անվտանգության ապահովում՝ օտարերկրյա միջնորդական առաքելության երաշխավորությամբ։

Հայաստանում պետք է տեղակայվեն զինված ուժեր այն երկրից, որը դաշնակից է Ադրբեջանին ու վայելում է վստահություն։ Պարզ է, որ այդպիսի երկիր կարող է լինել միայն Թուրքիան։ Այսկերպ, ոչ միայն ադրբեջանական բնակչությունն է տեղավորվելու Հայաստանում, այլև թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորակազմ, ինչը վերջ կդնի Հայաստան պետության գոյությանը։ Բաքուն նաև պահանջում է «արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների» ադրբեջաներենով կրթության իրավունքի ապահովում։

Ընդամենն օրեր առաջ Հայաստանում իշխող վարչախումբը հայտարարում էր, թե պատրաստ է մեկ ամսում ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։ Ալիևը Սահմանադրության փոփոխության պահանջից զատ նորերն է առաջ քաշում։ Մի կողմից, անընդունելի պահանջներ բերելով, նա ապակայունացնում է Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ միջազգային հիքմեր ստեղծում նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի համար։ Առավել ևս, որ Հայաստանում իշխող ապիկար խառնամբոխը դարձել է Բաքվի ձեռնասուն խամաճիկը։
