Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան համայնքի սահմանամերձ Սրաշեն բնակավայրում այսօր նոր բուժակ-մանկաբարձական կետ բացվեց, որը կսպասարկի ոչ միայն Սրաշեն, այլև հարակից գյուղերը։
Այն Սյունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմի նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնվել է «Սյունիքի զարգացման և ներդրման հիմնադրամի» կողմից՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ։ Իսկ կահավորումը, գույքն ու արևային պանելներն ապահովել են ԵՄ-ն և ՄԱԶԾ-ն՝ «ԵՄ-ն՝ հանուն երկխոսության» ծրագրի Բաղադրիչ 2-ի շրջանակներում։
Սյունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Նարե Ղազարյանը բացման արարողությանը ներկա՝ Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նացվլիշվիլիին շնորհակալություն հայտնեց աջակցության ու բուժակ-մանկաբարձական կետի կահավորման համար։
Ն․Նացվլիշվիլիին գոհունակություն հայտնեց պետական, միջազգային և մասնավոր հատվածի համագործակցությամբ հեռավոր բնակավայրում որակյալ առաջին բուժօգնություն ապահովելու համար ստեղծված պայմանների համար։
Ի դեպ, ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի դեսպանատան հետ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում առաջիկայում տեղ կհասնի նաև տվյալ ԲՄԿ-ն ու մերձակա գյուղերը սպասարկող շտապօգնության մեքենան։
Մարզպետի խորհրդական Նվարդ Հարությունյանը ներկաներին տեղեկացրեց, որ սա Սյունիքի սահմանամերձ գյուղերում նման ԲՄԿ-ներ ունենալու նախաձեռնության առաջին օրինակն է, ու նպատակ կա այն կիրառել մյուս բնակավայրերում, որտեղ առաջին բուժօգնության պատշաճ պայմաններ չկան։
Եվս մեկ բուժակ-մանկաբարձական կետ այժմ հիմնվում է Տեղ համայնքի Արավուս գյուղում՝ Կարմիր խաչի հետ համագործակցությամբ։
