ԱՄՆ-ը փորձում է ԱԳ նախարարների նոր հանդիպում կազմակերպել

Միացյալ Նահանգները փորձում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը կազմակերպել Վաշինգտոնում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում գործընկերների հանդիպման ընթացքում, որը տեղի է ունենալու հուլիսի 9-ից 11-ը։

Օրեր առաջ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը հաստատեց, որ հրավեր է ստացել մասնակցելու այդ հանդիպմանը։ Պաշտոնական Բաքուն առայժմ որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքել, թեև հրավերի մասին տեղեկությունը հենց Բաքվում հաստատել էր ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՛ Բրայենը։

Արևմտյան հարթակներում տևական ժամանակ հանդիպումներ տեղի չեն ունեցել, վերջինը՝ ամիսներ առաջ Գերմանիայում Անալենա Բերբոքի նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպված հանդիպումն էր։ Դրանից հետո ևս մեկ հանդիպում տեղի է ունեցել Ղազախստանում՝ Ալմա Աթիիում։

Հավաքական Արևմուտքը փորձում է իր ձեռքը վերցնել հակամարտության կարգավորման բոլոր թելերը և կողմերին նոր հաշտություն պարտադրել։ Փոխպետքարտուղար Օ՚ Բրայենը հենց Բաքվում էր հայտնել իրենց նպատակը, այն է՝ բացել Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան-Թուրքիա տրանսպորտային գիծը և այդ կերպ իրականացնել բեռնափոխադրումները՝ շրջանցելով Ռուսաստանը և Չինաստանը։

Չափազանց ցինիկ այս հայտարարությունը վկայում է Արևմուտքի իրական նպատակների մասին։ Ըստ էության, բաց տեքստով խոստովանում են, որ Հայաստանի և Արցախի բնակչության շահերը Արևմուտքին չեն հետաքրքրում, հետաքրքրողը միայն տարանցման ուղիներն են։ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էլ ամեն ինչ անում են Արևմուտքին հաճոյանալու համար։

Ադրբեջանին այս հանգամանքն այնքան էլ ձեռք չի տալիս, քանի որ լուրջ տնտեսական կապեր ունի Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի հետ, բացի այդ, տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունները ցանկանում է վերահսկել անձամբ կամ այլ դաշնակիցների միջոցով, այլ ոչ թե թողնել Հայաստանի և Արևմուտքի հայեցողությանը։
