Ինչո՞ւ էին այդքան ուրախացել ոստիկանությունում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՆԳՆ-ն ու մասնավորաբար ոստիկանությունը երեկ անթաքույց ցնծության մեջ էին: Չէ, այս անգամ բռնի ուժ ու հատուկ միջոցներ չէին գործադրել հայ մարդկանց դեմ: Ոչ էլ 30 հոգով ԱԺ պատգամավորի վրա էին հարձակվել, ոչ էլ «բերման ենթարկված» քաղաքացու էին 7-8 հոգով ծեծուջարդի ենթարկել: Չէ, այս անգամ ցնծալու պատճառն այլ էր, կարելի է ասել՝ եվրոպական: Առիթն այն էր, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը քվեարկությամբ ընդունել է «Հայաստանի կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների և հանձնառությունների կատարման մասին» բանաձևը: Ըստ այդմ, եթե կարճ ձևակերպենք, Վեհաժողովը բարձր է գնահատել ոստիկանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումները: Նման դեպքերի համար արդեն կա դասական դարձած արտահայտություն՝ «իյա՜, իրո՞ք»:

Ոստիկանության, ուրեմն, բարեփոխումներ: Մի կողմից՝ ԵԽ-ն խոստովանում է, որ ինքն է նման ոստիկանության «կնքահայրը» կամ «կնքամայրը»: Մի ոստիկանություն, որի գլխավոր գործառույթը մնացել է միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հայ ժողովրդից «պաշտպանելը», իսկ զուգահեռ իրականության մեջ հանցագործություններն անշեղորեն աճում են: Մյուս կողմից՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ի բանաձևում այդ նշումը ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ բացահայտ, անգամ՝ ցուցադրական ծաղր իրականության և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների, մարդու իրավունքների ու ազատությունների սկզբունքների հանդեպ: Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ «բարեփոխված» ոստիկանությանը հայ ժողովրդի ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն շատ ավելի դիպուկ բնորոշում են տվել՝ «բարեփոխված գեստապո»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն իրողությանը, որ ՆԳՆ-ում խիստ ուրախացել են ԵԽԽՎ-ի կողմից տրված նման՝ իրականությանը ոչ մի կերպ չհամապատասխանող գնահատականներից, ապա միայն զարմանալ կարելի է: Ի վերջո, իրենք հո ԵԽԽՎ-ի հետ չեն հարաբերվո՞ւմ, այն էլ՝ Ստրասբուրգում, այլ հայ մարդկանց հետ՝ Երևանում և այլ բնակավայրերում: Երկրորդ. եթե պարգևավճարների դիմաց խաղաղ ցուցարարներին խոշտանգելը, վնասվածքներ պատճառելը, նպատակային հարձակվել-ծեծելը բարեփոխում է, ուրեմն, դուք ճիշտ է, հանգիստ ուրախացեք: Այդ բարեփոխումը ստացվել է...
