Ադրբեջանում կարգելեն ազգակցական ամուսնությունները. հայտնի են պատճառները

Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանը երրորդ՝ վերջնական ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է ընտանեկան օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքը, որն արգելում է մերձավոր ազգականների միջև ամուսնությունները: Այս մասին ադրբեջանական տեղեկատվական պորտալին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ընտանիքի, կանանց եւ երեխաների հարցերով խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հիջրան Հուսեյնովան:

«Տվյալ հարցն ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում է ազգային գենոֆոնդի պաշտպանությանը և ապագա սերնդի առողջությանը», — հայտարարել է նա:

Հուսեյնովան հավելել է, որ հաճախ մերձավոր ազգականների միջեւ ամուսնությունները հանգեցնում են մուտացիաների, ֆիզիկական եւ հոգեկան շեղումների: Օրենքն ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2025 թվականին։ Մնացած ժամանակահատվածում լայն ճանաչողական աշխատանք է տարվելու Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների հետ, նշել է Կոմիտեի նախագահը։

Օրենսգրքի այն հոդվածում, որտեղ ամրագրված են ամուսնության կնքմանը խոչընդոտող հանգամանքները, ավելացվել է երկու կետ: Դրանք նախատեսում են ամուսնության արգելք եղբայրների և քույրերի երեխաների միջև, որոնք ունեն ընդհանուր կենսաբանական պապեր և տատիկներ։ Արգելքի տակ կընկնեն նաև կենսաբանական ազգակցական կապ ունեցող զարմիկների և քույրերի միջև ամուսնությունները։

Բացի այդ, ընտանեկան օրենսգրքից հանվել է այն կետը, որը թույլ էր տալիս հարգելի պատճառների առկայության դեպքում ոչ ավելի, քան մեկ տարով նվազեցնել անչափահասների ամուսնական տարիքը, ովքեր ցանկանում են ամուսնանալ:

Քիչ առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Վրաստանում «ընտանեկան արժեքների և անչափահասների պաշտպանության մասին» օրինագծի ընդունման օգտին քվեարկել է 78 պատգամավոր՝ 50 քվորումի դեպքում:
