Ինչպե՞ս ձախողել «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը»

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե Երևանը գրեթե վերջնականացրել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախնական տեքստը և պատրաստ է մեկ ամսում ամբողջությամբ ավարտին հասցնել և ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրն Ադրբեջանի հետ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Միրզոյանը ստիպված է ընդունել, որ Երևանը Բաքվից դրական արձագանք չի տեսնում խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու առաջարկի կապակցությամբ։

Չնայած այս հանգամանքին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են պնդել, որ նվիրված են խաղաղության գործընթացին և Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։

«Ես խորապես հավատում եմ, որ այժմ Հարավային Կովկասում հակամարտության էջը փակելու և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու պահն է։ Այդ խաղաղությունն օգտակար կլինի տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների և մարդկանց համար»,- ասել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

Մինչ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբն ամեն գնով փորձում է խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը երեկ Թբիլիսիում մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Հաայստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի տեքստում զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել, բաց մնացած հարցերի թիվը զգալիորեն կրճատվել է»,- ասել է Բայրամովը, սակայն անմիջապես շեշտել, թե՝ «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման ամենալուրջ խոչընդոտը Հայաստանի սահմանադրության մեջ դեռևս առկա Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներն են, իսկ առանց սահամանդրության փոփոխության որևէ փոփոխություն չի կարող ստորագրվել»։

Ըստ էության՝ Ադրբեջանն իր համար գտել է ամենակարևոր «խոչընդոտը», որով էլ փորձում է խափանել խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը։

Ի սկզբանե 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ նշում էին, որ Ադրբեջանն ամեն ինչ անելու է խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը խափանելու համար։ Դա նրան ևս մեկ անգամ ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելու հնարավորություն է տալու։

Մինչ Փաշինյանը խաղաղության իր օրակարգով տարել էր բոլորի գլուխը, Ադրբեջանն օրեցօր ավելացնում է իր ռազմական հնարավորությունները՝ Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ագրեսիա ծավալելու համար։

Թե ինչո՞վ է զբաղված այս պայմաններում գործող վարչախումբը, պարզ է յուրաքանչյուրին։
