«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները «իրավական» գործիքներով քաղաքական բռնաճնշումների նոր ալիք են նախապատրաստում և ցանկանում են հնարավորինս շատ «դոսյեներ» հավաքել ընդդիմադիր ճամբարում գտնվող առավել ազդեցիկ ու նկատելի գործիչների դեմ՝ առաջիկայում նոր գործեր «կարելու» նպատակով: «Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իրավապահները այդ ճանապարհին գտնում են տվյալ գործիչների հետ այս կամ այն կերպ առնչվող կամ առնչված մարդկանց ու փորձում նրանց համոզել ցուցմունքներ տալ նշյալ ընդդիմադիրների դեմ: Ավելին, մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը նման մի զավեշտալի պատմություն պատմեց, որը շատ բնութագրական է իրավապահների գործունեության համար:

Ըստ այդմ, իրավապահները «զրույցի են հրավիրել» ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող նախկին բարձրաստիճան մի պաշտոնյայի վարորդին, որն ընդամենը 2 ամիս է աշխատել այդ պաշտոնյայի հետ: Նրան առաջարկել են ցուցմունքներ տալ իր նախկին ղեկավարի դեմ, ինչին ի պատասխան վարորդը նշել է, թե ինքն ընդամենը երկու ամիս է աշխատել, ու հիմա այդ մարդուն որ տեսնի, գուցե դեմքով էլ չհիշի: Նրան նույնիսկ պաշտոն են առաջարկել, ինչը քաղաքացուն բավական զվարճացրել է. «Ես քսան տարվա վարորդ եմ, կարգին կրթություն չունեմ, ես իմ գործն եմ անում, ինչ պաշտոն, ինչ բան»: Ի դեպ, մենք տեղեկություններ ունենք, որ նման բոլոր դեպքերը «գույքագրվում» են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման կողմից՝ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի գաղափարի շրջանակներում:
