Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես որոշել է լքել ՀԱՊԿ-ն

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը չի մասնակցելու վաղը Ղազախստանում կայանալիք ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների արտաքին նախարարաների խորհրդի նիիստին։ Այդ մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը։

Փոխարենն արտգործնախարարնն այսօր մեկնելու է Վիլնյուս հանդիպելու տարբեր բարձրաստիճան՝ այդ թվում արգործնախարար Գաբրիելուս Լանցսբերգիսի հետ և համագործակցության հուշագիր ստորագրելու։

Հայաստանն ընդհանրապես արդեն գրեթե 2 տարի հրաժարվում է մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ որևէ միջոցառման և Արարատ Միրզոյանի այս որոշումը բոլորովին էլ անականկալ չէր։

Մեր երկիրը, ըստ էության, ամեն ինչ անում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները սրելու, մյուս կողմից էլ շարունակում է համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի և այլ երկրների հետ ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ ուղղություններով, թեպետ բազմիցս Ռուսաստանից նախազգուշացումներ են արվել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու դեպքում այլ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին մաս կազմելն անհնար է լինելու Հայաստանի համար։

Այսօր էլ Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինն է մեկնաբանել Արարատ Միրզոյանի որոշումը՝ չմասնակցել արտգործնախարարաների խորհրդի նիստին, հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Մոսկվան հուսով է՝ Երևանում կհասկանան, որ ՀԱՊԿ հարթակը բոլոր հնարավորություններն ընձեռնում է տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերով համագործակցության համար,- Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը նկատել է,- թե Հարավային Կովկասում արևմուտքի օրակարգը միշտ չէ, որ համապատասխանում է տարածաշրջանի երկրների շահերին»։

Այդուհանդերձ, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես որոշել է լքել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը՝ այդ մասին անձամբ տեղեկացրել է կուսակցականներին վերջին ժողովներից մեկում, ընդ որում արտաքին քաղաքական փոփոխությունների հրամայականի մասին Փաշինյանը մտադիր է խոսել նաև հունիսի 22-ին, Ջերմուկում կայանալիք կուսակցության մեծ համաժողովում, որին հրավիրել են ողջ խմբակցությանը, բոլոր ազդեցիկ պաշտոնյաներին և ՔՊ-ականներին։

Փաշինյանն այժմ ցանկանում է յուրաքանչյուրից ստանալ նրանց հավատարմության երդումը, ինչպես նաև հասկանալ, թե ի վերջո աջակցում են իր արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, թե՝ ոչ, ըստ այդմ էլ կորոշեն կոնկրետ անձի հետ ճանապարհ գնում են, թե՝ ոչ։
