Արձագանքում են միայն «յուրային-ոչ յուրային» մոտեցմամբ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին քպական պատգամավորները ակնհայտորեն մեկ կենտրոնից իջեցված հրահանգով «շտամպային» գրառումահեղեղ էին սկսել առ այն, թե՝ անթույլատրելի է լրագրողի նկատմամբ վիրավորական վերաբերմունքը և այդպես շարունակ: Խոսքը Հանրային լրագրողի մասին է, որի հասցեին, ըստ քպականների, «Տավուշը՝ հանուն Հայրենիքի» շարժման էջում վիրավորական ձևակերպումներ կան: Մինչ բուն ասելիքին անցնելը, թեպետ էլի առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծենք. որևէ լրագրողի նկատմամբ որևէ բռնություն, վիրավորանքի դրսևորում կամ ճնշում գործադրելն անթույլատրելի է: Մեր ընկալմամբ՝ այստեղ քննարկելու բան չկա: Եթե եղել է նման որևէ դրսևորում, ապա դա դատապարտելի է: Բա՛յց:

Մենք շատ ուշադիր ուսումնասիրեցինք «առաջին շարքի» քպականների սոցցանցային էջերը, գրառումները: Հատկապես նրանցը, որոնք նախօրեին առանձնահատուկ ակտիվ էին: Ու բացարձակապես ոչինչ չգտանք այն մասին, որ դատապարտում են, օրինակ՝ իրենց այն կողմնակիցներին ու կուսակիցներին, որոնք միահամուռ թիրախավորել էին ասուլիսում Փաշինյանին տհաճ հարցեր ուղղած լրագրողներին: Ավելին, Կիրանցում, Ոսկեպարում ժողովրդական ընդվզման մեկնարկից ի վեր, մինչև օրս, փաշինյանական, քպական իշխանությունը ներկայացնող պետական պաշտոնյաների, հարկատուներիս հաշվին ապրող ոստիկանության տարակերպ ներկայացուցիչների ու ծառայողների կողմից իրականացվել են վերբալ ու ֆիզիկական հարձակումներ լրագրողների, դեպքերը լուսաբանող մեր գործընկերների վրա:

Բազմիցս բռնություններ են գործադրվել լրագրողների նկատմամբ, ինչի բարձրակետը հունիսի 12-ը կարելի է համարել, երբ վերին ցուցումով հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառվեցին Դեմիրճյան-Բաղրամյան խաչմերուկում եղած խաղաղ ցուցարարների նկատմամբ, որի արդյունքում տուժեցին նաև լրագրողներ: Նախօրեին աղմուկ-աղաղակ դրած քպականներից քանի՞սն է դատապարտել լրագրողների վրա այդ հարձակումները, լրագրողներին՝ մասնագիտական պարտականությունները կատարելուն խոչընդոտելը, լրագրողներին թիրախավորելն ու նրանց հասցեին, իրենց մասնագիտական գործունեության հետ կապված, զազրախոսելը:

Ի՞նչ է ստացվում: Իսկ ստացվում է բավականին տհաճ մի բան. ըստ քպականների ընկալման՝ իշխանական լրագրողների իրավունքները պետք է պաշտպանվեն, իսկ մյուսներինը՝ ոչ: Այդպես չի լինում: Ավելին, քպական պաշտոնյաներն ուղղակիորեն երջանկացած էին, բացահայտորեն խրախուսում ու ողջունում էին լրագրողների նկատմամբ ոստիկանական բռնությունների գործադրումը: Դա նույնիսկ «երկակի ստանդարտ» չէ: Դա ուղղակի զազրելի է:
