Արևմուտքը Հայաստանը դիտարկում է որպես Ռուսաստանի և Հրվ. Կովկասի այլ երկրների դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմի գործիք. ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար

Ռուսաստանն այլ պետությունների ներքին գործերին միջամտելու «սովորություն» չունի, քանի որ սեփական փորձից գիտի՝ դա որքան վնասակար ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ երկրի զարգացման վրա. Մոսկվան անկեղծորեն կարևորում է կապերը Հայաստանի հետ և փորձում է դրանք կառուցել փոխադարձ հարգալից և փոխշահավետ ձևով, այս մասին Комсомольская правда-ին ասել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։

«Արևմուտքը, ընդհակառակը, հանրապետությունը դիտարկում է պետքականության տեսանկյունից ՝ որպես Ռուսաստանի և Հարավային Կովկասի այլ երկրների դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմի գործիքներից մեկը։ Նպատակը պարզ է՝ օգտագործել հայկական «պլացդարմը» տարածաշրջանում լարվածության հերթական օջախ ստեղծելու համար։ Արևմտյան մայրաքաղաքները պատրաստ են հանգիստ «խաղասեղանին դնել» հանրապետության սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակը  և նրա անվտանգությունը։ Միացյալ Նահանգների, Եվրամիության և ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներկայացուցիչները կոչ են անում Երևանին խզել բոլոր կապերը Մոսկվայի հետ և ձգտում են հասնել մեր ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն ասոցիացիաներից նրա դուրս գալուն։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանին ակտիվորեն գայթակղում են եվրոպական հեռանկարով։ Դժվար չէ կռահել, որ երկրին կհամոզեն հրաժարվել այն մեխանիզմներից, որոնք վերջին տարիներին ռեկորդային աճ են ապահովել նրա տնտեսության համար: Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի խզումը կնշանակի հայկական բիզնեսի հիմնական շուկայի կորուստ», - ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարարը:

Գալուզինը հավելել է, որ արևմտյան նարատիվների ազդեցության տակ տեղի է ունեցել երկկողմ քաղաքական շփումների կտրուկ նվազում։
