ՆԱՏՕ-ն քննարկում է միջուկային զենքը մարտական ​​պատրաստության բերելու հարցը. Ստոլտենբերգ

ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրները խորհրդակցություններ են սկսել միջուկային զենքը մարտական պատրաստության վիճակին բերելու անհրաժեշտության շուրջ։ Այս մասին բրիտանական The Daily Telegraph թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը։

«Ես չեմ մանրամասնի, թե քանի միջուկային մարտագլխիկ պետք է աշխատանքային վիճակի բերվի և ինչպես դրանք պետք է պահվեն, բայց մենք պետք է խորհրդակցենք այս հարցերի շուրջ: Դա հենց այն է, ինչ մենք անում ենք», - ասել է նա:

Ստոլտենբերգն ասել է, որ այս հարցում թափանցիկությունը «օգնում է հստակ ուղերձ հղել», որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն «միջուկային դաշինք է»:

«ՆԱՏՕ-ի նպատակն է ունենալ աշխարհ առանց միջուկային զենքի, բայց քանի դեռ կա միջուկային զենք, մենք կմնանք միջուկային դաշինք, քանի որ աշխարհը, որտեղ Ռուսաստանը, Չինաստանը և Հյուսիսային Կորեան միջուկային զենք ունեն, իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ն չունի, վտանգավոր աշխարհ է», - նշել է Ստոլտենբերգը։

Նա հավելել է, որ իրեն հատկապես անհանգստացնում է Չինաստանը, որը մեծ ներդրումներ է կատարում ժամանակակից սպառազինությունների ստեղծման համար և մտադիր է մինչև 2030 թվականն իր միջուկային մարտագլխիկների թիվը հասցնել հազարի։

«Սա նշանակում է, որ առաջիկայում ՆԱՏՕ-ն կարող է բախվել նախկինում աննախադեպ իրավիճակի՝ երկու պոտենցիալ միջուկային հակառակորդների՝ ի դեմս Չինաստանի և Ռուսաստանի, ինչը կհանգեցնի հետևանքների»,- կարծում է գլխավոր քարտուղարը։

Ստոլտենբերգը հավելել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները և նրա եվրոպացի դաշնակիցներն այժմ թարմացնում են իրենց միջուկային զինանոցները։

«ԱՄՆ-ն արդիականացնում է իր գրավիտացիոն ռումբերը Եվրոպայում տեղակայած միջուկային մարտագլխիկների համար, իսկ եվրոպացի դաշնակիցները արդիականացնում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջուկային առաքելության համար նախատեսված ինքնաթիռները», - ասել է նա:

Հրատարակության համաձայն՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիաբ տեղակայել է 225 միջուկային մարտագլխիկից մոտավորապես 40-ը, մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ-ն տեղակայել է 1,700 մարտագլխիկ (և ևս 3700-ը՝ պահեստային): Միաժամանակ թերթն ընդգծում է, որ Ֆրանսիան իր միջուկային զինանոցը չի տրամադրում դաշինքին՝ զսպման հարցում անկախությունը պահպանելու երկարամյա որոշման պատճառով։

Խոսելով Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին՝ Ստոլտենբերգը կոչ է արել արևմտյան երկրներին շարունակել օգնություն ցուցաբերել Կիևին։

«Ես միանգամայն համոզված եմ, որ եթե Պուտինը հաղթի Ուկրաինայում, ապա մենք ավելի խոցելի կլինենք, և այդ ժամանակ մենք պետք է ավելի շատ ներդրումներ կատարենք մեր պաշտպանության համար», - եզրափակել է նա:
