Կալիֆոռնիան արդեն ունակ է մեկ ամսից ավելի բավարարվել միայն վերականգնվող էներգիայով և անգամ վաճառել ավելցուկը

Կալիֆոռնիայից հաղորդվում է, որ վերջին 45 օրվա ընթացքում նահանգն ապրում է վերականգնվող աղբյուրներից էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ավելցուկով: Ավելցուկը կա՛մ կուտակվում է մարտկոցներով, կա՛մ արտահանվում այլ նահանգներ, գրում է 3dnews.ru-ն։ «Դա անոմալիա չէ,- ասում են վերլուծաբանները,- դա նոր իրականությունն է»:

Նահանգի կողմից սպառված և արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվեկշիռը վերահսկում է Սթենֆորդի համալսարանի քաղաքացիական և բնապահպանական ճարտարագիտության պրոֆեսոր Մարկ Յակոբսոնը: Նա հաղորդումներ է ներկայացնում Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգի էլեկտրացանցերի մասին Network X-ում (նախկինում Twitter): 2024 թվականի մայիսի 21-ի վերջին թարմացման մեջ Ջեյքոբսոնը զեկուցել է, որ 45 օր անընդմեջ Կալիֆոռնիայում վերականգնվող էներգիայի մատակարարումը մասամբ գերազանցել է պահանջարկին ամեն օր: Իսկ մայիսի 20-ին արտադրվածը հասել է պահանջարկի 135.4 %-ին։

Ինչպես հետևում է հեշթեգից, հաշվի են առնված ինչպես արևի, այնպես էլ քամու և հիդրոէներգիայի արտադրության ցուցանիշները։ Վերջին ամիսներին նահանգում տեղացած առատ տեղումների շնորհիվ հիդրոէներգիայի արտադրությունը գերազանցել է բոլոր ռեկորդները։ Ուստի վերլուծաբանները կոչ են անում չշտապել տոնել հաղթանակը զրոյական արտանետումներով էներգիայի ոլորտում։ Առջևում այդ նահանգում սպասվում են երաշտի շրջաններ, իսկ միայն արևն ու քամին չեն ծածկի էլեկտրաէներգիայի հնարավոր պակասը։

Յակոբսոնը նշել է, որ առաջարկը գերազանցում է պահանջարկին «օրական 0,25-ից 6 ժամով», ինչը կարևոր փաստ է։ Այստեղ կարևորն այն չէ, որ վերականգնվող էներգիան ամբողջ օրը մատակարարում է ցանցին, այլ այն, որ դա տեղի է ունենում ամեն օր, մի բան, որը նախկինում երբեք չի եղել: Այսինքն երեկոյան և գիշերը պետությունը փակում է պահանջարկի հարցը կա՛մ հիդրոէներգիայի շնորհիվ, կա՛մ մարտկոցների պահեստից մատակարարմամբ։ Ցերեկային ժամերին էներգիան կուտակվում է պահեստարաններում, ինչպես նաև ավելցուկը վաճառվում է հարևան նահանգներին։

Նկատի ունենանք, որ Կալիֆոռնիայում է գտնվում աշխարհի խոշորագույն ցանցով կապված մարտկոցների էներգիայի պահեստավորումը (այն հայտնվել է 2024 թվականի հունվարին), ինչը նշանակում է, որ այդ մարտկոցներն այժմ լցվում են արևային էներգիայի ավելցուկով ցերեկը և տալիս այն ցանցին երեկոյան և գիշերը։ Նահանգում նման նախագծերը կբազմապատկվեն։ Կալիֆոռնիայում կստեղծվեն նաև նոր արևային և հողմային էլեկտրակայաններ։ Նահանգում կա 6,1 միլիարդ դոլար ընդհանուր արժողությամբ 26 նոր կանաչ նախագծերի առաջարկություններ, դրանք հիմնականում օֆշորային հողմակայանների նախագծեր են:

Նախկինում Կալիֆոռնիան օրենք էր ընդունել, որը պարտավորեցնում է մինչև 2045 թվականը 100 %-ով անցում կատարել զրոյական արտանետումներով էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությանը: Ջեյքոբսոնի խոսքով Կալիֆոռնիան կանցնի 100 %-ով վերականգնվող էներգիայի ավելի վաղ՝ մինչև 2035 թվականը:
