Պուտինը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի պատրաստվում հարձակվել Եվրոպայի վրա

Աշխարհը շատ արագ փոխվում է, ինչպես նախկինում արդեն չի լինի՝ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում ունեցած ելույթում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը: Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խոսքով՝ զգալիորեն արագացել են Եվրասիայում տրանսֆորմացիայի տեմպերը, որտեղ ինտեգրացիոն մի շարք նախագծեր են իրականացվում:
 
Կրեմլի ղեկավարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ անհրաժեշտ է աստիճանաբար կրճատել արտաքին ուժերի ռազմական ներկայությունը Եվրասիայում։ 
 
«Եկել է Եվրասիայում կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության երկկողմ և բազմակողմ երաշխիքների նոր համակարգի քննարկման ժամանակը: Եվրասիական անվտանգության համակարգի գաղափարը խթանելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել արդեն գործող կազմակերպությունների միջև երկխոսությունը։ Խոսքն առաջին հերթին Միութենական պետության, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ԱՊՀ-ի, Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության մասին է»,- նշել է Պուտինը։
 
Նրա խոսքով՝ ապագա անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը պետք է բաց լինի բոլոր այն երկրների համար, որոնք ցանկանում են մասնակցել դրա ձևավորմանը, ներառյալ՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Եվրոպայի համար՝ չնայած հարաբերություններում հետընթացին և հակառուսական դիրքորոշմանը:
 
«Շահարկումներ են արվում, թե Ռուսաստանը պատրաստվում է հարձակվել Եվրոպայի վրա: Դա մաքուր զառանցանք է»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
