Հայաստանի դիլետանտ իշխանությունների համար նորաձև է դարձել Ռուսաստանին քննադատելը

Հայաստանի դիլետանտ իշխանությունների համար նորաձև է դարձել Ռուսաստանին քննադատելը, ինչը բացարձակ անհեռատես քայլ է։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը հայտարարել է, թե գործող իշխանությունները բացարձակ անարդարացի են քննադատություն հնչեցնում Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին։

Ըստ Կարապետյանի՝ փոխանակ սեփական սխալները գնահատելու, փորձում են Արցախը հանձնելու մեղքը գցել դաշնակիցների վրա։ Մասնավորապես պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նշել է, որ դեռևս 44-օրյա պատերազմից առաջ բավականին լուրջ առաջարկ է հնչել, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը հարձակվի, Հայաստանը պետք է ճանաչի Արցախը, պատերազմ հայտարարի Ադրբեջանին և դիմի ՀԱՊԿ-ին և Ռուսաստանին՝ իրենց դաշնակցային պարտականությունները կատարելու։ Այդ դեպքում բոլորովին այլ պատերազմ կլիներ, թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի և թե՛ Ռուսաստանի համար, բայց փաշինյանական իշխանությունը այդպես էլ չգնաց նման քայլի։ Ավելին, դաշնակցային պայմանագրերով՝ առանցքայինն օգնություն բառն է։

Հայաստանի դիլետանտ իշխանություննները կարծում են, թե ռուս զինվորը պետք է ուռա գոռալով գրոհեր ադրբեջանական դիրքերը, բայց հենց Ռուսաստանն է կանգնեցրել ադրբեջանական զորքը, այսօր էլ զսպում է Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին։

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող բողոքի ցույցերին՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանը տարակուսանք է հայտնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարության կապակցությամբ, թե Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին Կովկասում ռուսական ազդեցության գործակալ է։ 

«Նա ակնհայտ ապուշություններ է ասում»,- նկատել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Խոսելով «Համահայկական ճակատի» անելիքների մասին՝ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարարը նշում է, թե հայ հանրությունը կարիք ունի մի կառույցի, որը դուրս կբերի Հայաստանն այդ վիճակից, ուստի և «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումն ակտիվ աշխատում է իր գաղափարների, հանրությանը համախմբելու շուրջ։ Արցախի կորստով սրվել են նաև հարցերը։

«Հայաստանի շուրջ, Ղարաբաղը վահան և բուֆեր էր Հայաստանի համար, որը կլանում էր բոլոր խնդիրները, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները դավաճանեցին Ղարաբաղը, վերցրեցին և հանձնեցին, իսկ բնակչությանը դուրս բերեցին։ Հիմա երկու կարծիք կա, որոնցից մեկը տարածում է Հայաստանի դավաճանական իշխանությունը, թե լուծել են Ղարաբաղի հարցը, բայց այդ խնդիրը չի լուծվել, այլ նոր սեպ է խրել երկու ժողովուրդների միջև և շարունակելու է այդ խնդիրն արնահոսել մինչև արդարացի լուծում կլինի»,- նշում է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը, նաև նկատում, որ քանի դեռ չի հայտնվել նոր քաղաքական էլիտա Հայաստանում, Ղարաբաղի հարցը չի կարելի լուծել։

Հայաստանում, ցավոք, էլիտա չկա, եղել է քիչ թե շատ կրթվածություն, որն այդպես էլ էլիտա չդարձավ, իսկ 2018-ին իշխանության եկավ փողոցային թիմը, որն ըստ էության էլիտա լինել չի կարող։
