Օրբանն ու Ստոլտենբերգը պայմանավորվել են. Հունգարիան չի մասնակցի Ուկրաինային օգնելուն, բայցև չի արգելափակի ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից օգնությունը

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը և Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը պայմանավորվել են, որ Բուդապեշտը չի մասնակցի ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ Ուկրաինային աջակցության ջանքերին, բայցև չի արգելափակի ՆԱՏՕ-ի համապատասխան որոշումները հուլիսին կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովում։ Այս մասին հայտնի է դարձել Ստոլտենբերգ-Օրբան համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում:

Ստոլտենբերգն ընդգծել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցները դաշինքի բոլոր գործողություններին մասնակցելու պարտավորություն չունեն:

«Մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ Հունգարիան չի արգելափակի այլ դաշնակիցների որոշումները Ուկրաինային երկարաժամկետ օգնության և Ուկրաինային օգնությունը համակարգելու գործում ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջատար դերի հարցերում, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ Հունգարիան չի լինի այդ ջանքերի մաս: Վարչապետ Օրբանը հասկացրել է, որ Հունգարիան չի մասնակցի այդ ջանքերին, և ես ընդունում եմ այս դիրքորոշումը»,- ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը Բուդապեշտում Օրբանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում։

Մինչդեռ Օրբանը նշել է, որ Հունգարիայի դիրքորոշումը տարբերվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների մեծ մասի դիրքորոշումից։

«Հայտնի է, որ Հունգարիայի դիրքորոշումը տարբերվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների մեծ մասի դիրքորոշումից: Ուկրաինայի հարցում Հունգարիայի դիրքորոշումը հետևյալն է՝ ամենակարճ ճանապարհով այս պատերազմական իրավիճակից անցնել խաղաղության»,- ասել է նա:

Օրբանը հավելել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածքից դուրս բոլոր ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցելը կարող է լինել միայն կամավոր և հիմնված ՆԱՏՕ-ի կանոնների և դաշինքի ավանդույթների վրա:
