Փաշինյանական «դիվերսիֆիկացիա». Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից հասել է մոտ 60 տոկոսի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, շարունակում են փչացնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ հանուն Արևմուտքի շահերի: Միևնույն ժամանակ այս կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները պարբերաբար խոսում են Հայաստանի տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացման անհրաժեշտության մասին: Իսկ ինչքանո՞վ է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը հետաքրքիր Արևմուտքին, և ի՞նչ ցուցանիշներ ունենք այս պահի դրությամբ նշյալ «դիվերսիֆիկացիայի» տեսանկյունից: 2024 թվականի առաջին չորս ամսվա տվյալներով, ԵՄ երկրների հետ Հայաստանի ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալները նվազել են 24,3 տոկոսով: Մասնավորաբար, Գերմանիայի հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է մոտ 148 մլն (անկումը՝ 35,8 տոկոս), Ֆրանսիայի հետ՝ 42 մլն դոլար (անկումը՝ մոտ 17 տոկոս):

Ինչ վերաբերում է ԱՄՆ-ին, ապա առևտրաշրջանառությունը նվազել է միանգամից 39 տոկոսով՝ կազմելով մոտ 144 մլն դոլար: Ցավալիորեն, այս առումով վիճակը լավ չէ նաև Վրաստանի և Իրանի պարագայում: Իրանի հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը նվազել է 7,9 տոկոսով (202,7 մլն դոլար), իսկ Վրաստանի հետ՝ 6,5 տոկոսով (80,1 մլն դոլար): Իսկ որևէ երկրի հետ արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության առումով աճ արձանագրվե՞լ է, արդյոք: Պարզվում է՝ այո: Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները Ռուսաստանի հետ աճել են միանգամից 3 անգամ և կազմել...

6,3 մլրդ դոլար: Աճ արձանագրել է նաև առևտրաշրջանառությունը Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների հետ, ընդ որում՝ մոտ 7 անգամ՝ հասնելով 2,8 մլրդ դոլարի, սակայն փորձագետների համոզմամբ, այս աճի «թիկունքում» առավելապես ռուսական ձեռնարկություններ են: Այսինքն, ստացվում է հետաքրքիր պատկեր. հավաքական Արևմուտքին գնալով ավելի քիչ է հետաքրքրում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, իսկ փաշինյանական դիվերսիֆիկացիայի արդյունքում Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից հասել է մոտ 60 տոկոսի:
