Եկեղեցին հարկելու օրինագիծ են ներկայացնելու

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» առաջիկայում խորհրդարան է ներկայացնելու հարկային օրենսդրությունում փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու փաթեթը, որն ամբողջությամբ ուղղված է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ։

Եկեղեցուն հարկելու առաջարկը, շաբաթներ առաջ արել էր Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը։ Թեպետ այս առաջարկն արժանացել էր հանրության և ընդդիմության բուռն քննադատությանը, եկեղեցին էլ մատնանշել էր գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների խոսքերի առկա անհամապատասխանությունը, այդուհանդերձ, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, գործող վարչախումբը ոչ միայն չի հանդարտվել, այլ նաև շարունակում է նորանոր մեթոդներով փորձել նսեմացնել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դերը։

Մասնավորապես նոր փոփոխություններով առաջարկվելու է հարկային արտոնություններ պահպանել միայն ծիսակարգային որոշ առարկաների՝ այդ թվում եկեղեցու մոմերի վաճառքի հարկային արտոնությունները, իսկ տարբեր ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքերից ազատ լինելու արտոնությունը, անշարժ գույքի հարկերից ազատված լինելու արտոնությունները հանվելու են։

Ավելին, իշխանությունը նաև փորձելու է հարկերը չվճարելու դեպքում, եկեղեցուն պատկանող բազմաթիվ շինություններ առգրավել։ Իշխանությունը նաև ցանկանում է եկեղեցու գերիշխող դերի մասին դրույթը հանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրությունից, ուստի իրենք էլ շահագրգռված են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու առաջարկով, օր առաջ ցանկանում են ազատվել հնարավոր բոլոր խոչընդոտներից։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ առաջիկայում օրենսդրական փաթեթը եկեղեցուն հարկելու վերաբերյալ միանգամից փորձելու են քննարկել Ազգային ժողովի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովում, որի նախագահը հենց օրենքի փոփոխությունների ջատագովներից՝ Ծովինար Վարդանյանն է և ներկայացնել Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը, որտեղ ունեցած ձայների քանակով «Քաղպայմանագրին» կհաջողվի անցկացնել ցանկացած օրենք։
