Ինչի՞ է պատրաստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հանուն իշխանությունը պահելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբն առայժմ ականջալուր չի լինում ցուցարարների պահանջներին, ովքեր դեմ են Ադրբեջանի հետ պետական սահմանի սահմանազատմանը: Ձերբակալվածների թիվը հարյուրների է հասնում: Ընդ որում, ձերբակալությունները տեղի են ունենում բիրտ մեթոդներով և չպատճառաբանված: Ավելին, չնայած պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությանը, ձերբակալել են նաև ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին՝ ընդ որում՝ բիրտ ուժ կիրառելով նրա նկատմամբ: Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ «Փաստի» գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան, գլխավոր դատախազությունից նշել են, որ այս դրվագով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 441-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Հայաստանի Հելսինկյան ասոցիացիայի ղեկավար, իրավապաշտպան Նինա Կարապետյանցը նշում է, որ, ի տարբերություն 2018թ.-ի, երբ ցույցերի արդյունքում իշխանության եկավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ուժայինների գործողությունները խստացվել են: Մասնավորաբար, «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը տեղեկացնում է, թե Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ այն ժամանակ ուժայիններն ադեկվատ են գործել, իսկ այսօր նրանց գործողություններն անբացատրելի են: Ըստ նրա, դա կապված է քաղաքական որոշման հետ: «Եթե կա քաղաքական որոշում ձեռք չտալ ցուցարարներին, ապա ոստիկանությունը գործում է օրենքի շրջանակներում: Եթե կա վախ տարածելու և ակցիաները կանխելու որոշում, ուժ է կիրառվում»,-նշել է Կարապետյանը: Նրա խոսքով, ոստիկանության բիրտ գործողությունները կապ ունեն ակցիաների զանգվածային բնույթի հետ: Ըստ նրա, չի բացառվում, որ իշխող ուժը կդիմի 2008 թ.-ի մարտի 1-ի նման գործողության, եթե իշխանափոխության վտանգ զգա:

Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ռեժիմի կողմից ուժի կիրառումը կարող է ձեռնտու լինել ընդդիմությանը, սակայն ցուցարարների մեծամասնության շրջանում կա մտավախություն, որ ներքին հեղափոխական իրադարձությունները կարող են բերել նոր ագրեսիայի ընդդեմ Հայաստանի: Հուսադրողն այն է, որ ընդդիմության կողմից վարչապետի թեկնածու առաջադրված արքեպիսկոպոս Բագրատ Գալստանյանը ցանկանում է Փաշինյանի հեռացման հարցը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Հասարակության մեծամասնությունը հոգնել է քաղաքական գործիչների միջև ներքին հակասություններից և, հանդիսանալով Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հետևորդ, հույս ունի, որ եկեղեցին կարող է միավորել ազգին և փրկել ժողովրդին կործանումից:

Տելեգրամյան ալիքը նշում է, որ Բագրատ Սրբազանը ոչ միայն ընդդիմության հանրային դեմքն է, այլ ընդդիմության իսկական հոգևոր առաջնորդը: Նա առաջնորդ է, ով ընդունում է վերկուսակցական և վերքաղաքական որոշումներ, ով առաջ է մղում այնպիսի չափանիշներ, որոնց պետք է համապատասխանի ապագա տեխնոկրատական կառավարությունն ու կազմակերպվեն արտահերթ ընտրությունները: Բագրատ Սրբազանի ծրագրում շեշտը դրվում է տեխնոկրատների կառավարության ձևավորման վրա, այլ ոչ թե քաղաքական պատկանելիության: Հավատը դեպի եկեղեցին թույլ կտա մարդկանց իրենց մեջ ուժ գտնելու և վա-բանկ գնալու՝ հանուն խաղաղ, նոր և բարգավաճող Հայաստանի:
