Կառավարման տոտալ «բարդակի» հետևանքները

Հրշեջներն ամբողջ գիշեր աշխատել են՝ փորձելով մարել Երևան–Սևան ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած պայթունից առաջացած հրդեհը։ Առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ հոսպիտալացվել է 7 անձ, որոնցից մեկը բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո դուրս է գրվել, մյուս 6-ից 2-ի վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է գնահատվում։

Նախնական տվյալներով պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհեր չկան, հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են։ Այս պայթյունն էլ, ինչպես Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող բազմաթիվ այլ աղետալի դեպքեր, գլխավորապես երկրում տիրող մթնոլորտի, գործող իշխանությունների անձեռնահասության հետևանքն է։

Ասածը մերկապարանոց չհնչելու և պարզապես քննադատություն չդիտելու համար, նշենք, որ սոցցանցերում բազմաթիվ վկայություններ կան, որ կոնկրետ այդ պայթած գազալցակայանը մի քանի անգամ խնդիրներ է ունեցել օրենքի հետ, բայց կարողացել է բոլոր դեպքերում վերսկսել աշխատանքը։

Մասնավորապես «Գազ օյլ» ՍՊԸ-ն շահագործել է գազաբենզալցակայան՝ չունենալով դրա իրավունքը։ 2021 թվականից հիմնադրված ընկերությունը 2023-ից հայտնվել է տարբեր արգելանքների տակ, ընդ որում աշխատանքի վերջին արգելանքը դրվել է պայթյունից ժամեր առաջ։

Փետրվարին լցակայանի գործունեությունը դադարեցվել էր, քանի որ այն չի ունեցել փորձաքննության դրական եզրակացություն։ Նաև ընկերությունը ենթարկվել էր վարչական պատասխանատվության թեր լիցքավորման համար։

2022 թվականին էլ երկու անգամ տուգանվել է 2 միլիոն դրամի չափով։ Փաստացի, բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաները, որոնք պարտավոր էին իրական վերահսկողություն սահմանել այս գազալցակայանի նկատմամբ, ընդամենը բավարարվել են սովորական տուգանքներով, կամ էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներ են գործել, իսկ արդյունքում ծանրագույն հետևանքներ է առաջացել պետության համար, և սա ընդամենը գործող իշխանությունների դիլետանտության մեկ դրսևորում է։
