Գերմանիան փոխում է միգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը. Շոլցն առաջարկել է միգրանտներին արտաքսել Աֆղանստան և Սիրիա

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցն առաջարկել է ահաբեկչական վտանգ ներկայացնող միգրանտներին արտաքսել Աֆղանստան և Սիրիա, հայտնում է Bild թերթը:

Ելույթ ունենալով Բունդեսթագում՝ Շոլցը հայտարարել է միգրացիոն քաղաքականության կուրսի փոփոխության մասին։ Նրա ելույթը նվիրված էր մեկ շաբաթ առաջ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին. Մանհեյմի կենտրոնում աֆղանստանցի միգրանտը դանակահարել էր ոստիկանին և վիրավորել մի քանի այլ մարդու:

«Ես վրդովվում եմ, երբ ինչ-որ մեկը կատարում է ամենածանր հանցագործությունները՝ միևնույն ժամանակ գտնվելով այստեղ՝ մեզ մոտ՝ փնտրելով պաշտպանություն: Նման հանցագործները պետք է արտաքսվեն, նույնիսկ եթե նրանք եկել են Սիրիայից կամ Աֆղանստանից»,- ասել է Շոլցը։

Աղբյուրը հիշեցնում է, որ 2021 թվականին իշխող կոալիցիան դադարեցրել էր արտաքսումները Աֆղանստան այն բանից հետո, երբ երկրում իշխանությունը ստանձնել են թալիբները: Սակայն այժմ իրավիճակը պետք է փոխվի։

«Ահաբեկչական վտանգ ներկայացնող հանցագործներն այստեղ տեղ չունեն։ Նման դեպքերում Գերմանիայի անվտանգության շահերը գերակշռում են հանցագործի շահերը պաշտպանվելու հարցում»,- հավելել է կանցլերը:

Շոլցն այժմ ակնկալում է, որ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կփոփոխի Աֆղանստանում իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ զեկույցը, որպեսզի արտաքսումը հնարավոր լինի օրինականորեն: Ըստ Bild-ի՝ Բունդեսթագում կանցլերի հայտարարությունները կառավարությունում ավելի վաղ քննարկվել են Կանաչների և FDP-ի հետ, սակայն դեռ պարզ չէ, թե արդյոք նրանք կաջակցեն ավելի կոշտ միգրացիոն քաղաքականությանը։

«Մենք այլևս չենք հանդուրժի ահաբեկչական հանցագործությունների հերոսացումը։ Ուստի, մենք կխստացնենք կանոնները, որպեսզի ահաբեկչական հանցագործությունների իրականացումը նույնպես դառնա արտաքսման լուրջ պատճառ»,- ասել է Շոլցը։
