Իշխանությունը ցուցադրում է իր վախերը

Նիկոլական քարոզչամեքենայի «սիրելի հերոսները», պարզվում է, ձևավորվում են ըստ իշխանությունների օրվա վախերի։ Մի օր դրանք արտահայտվում են Երևանում ընթացող Բագրատ Սրբազանի շարժման և նրա առաջնորդի նկատմամբ, մեկ այլ օր վարչախմբի պարագլխի վախերի կշեռքը թեքվում է և ընտրվում է քարոզչամեքենայի նոր թիրախը։

Այս դեպքում նրանց վախերի աղբյուրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին խորհրդական, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն է։ Ինչո՞ւ հատկապես այս երկու պաշտոնները դրեցինք իրար կողքի, չէ՞ որ մինչ այդ Կարապետյանը հասցրել էր բազմաթիվ այլ պաշտոններ զբաղեցնել։ Որովհետև այժմ իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան նրան բնորոշելով բոլոր հնարավոր ու անհնար բացասական գծերով մոռանում է բացատրել, որ եթե նա այդքան վատ նախարար էր և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դրա համար էր պաշտոնանկ անում, ապա այդ ի՞նչ արժեքավոր խորհուրդներ պետք է տար, որ խորհրդականի պաշտոն առաջարկեց։ Կամ, հակառակը, եթե վատ խորհրդական էր ինչպե՞ս կարող էր պաշտպանության նախարար աշխատել։ Սա ուղղակի վկայություն է, որ քարոզչամեքենան ստում է և գործ ունենք քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսի վրա ցեխ նետելու պրիմիտիվ գործելաոճի հետ։

Իսկ վերջին օրերի ցեխարձակումների հիմնական պատճառը ռուսական հեղինակավոր լրատվամիջոցներում Արշակ Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցների տեղատարափն է։ Հատկապես հնարավոր ամերիկյան բիոլաբորատորիաների մասին նրա ակնարկն իշխանական մամուլը շատ ծանր է տարել, անգամ ստիպված էին ԱՄՆ դեսպանության մակարդակով հերքում տարածել։ Ի դեպ, հավանաբար նույն դեսպանության պահանջով քարոզչամեքենայի հրապարակումներից մեկը հեռացվել է կայքէջից, հավանաբար թեմայի շուրջ առավել հետաքրքրություն չբորբոքելու մղումով։

Այս և այլ թեմաներով առաջիկայում, ջրերը, իհարկե կպարզեն, սակայն աջ ու ձախ մեղադրանքներ շաղ տալու իշխանական մղումը գործող վարչախմբի հոգեվարքի է նման։ Հակառակ պարագայում երկրի բարդագույն խնդիրները թողած չէին զբաղվի ընդդիմախոսների պիտակավորմամբ և գեբելսյան քարոզչությամբ։
